BUT EVEN ONE COMPLAINT IS A CONCERN. WE WERE DISPATCHED BY THE POLICE DEPT. TO TOW THIS VEHICLE FROM AN ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENED CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT. WHEN THE POLICE CALL WE HAVE TO DROP EVERYTHING AND RESPOND IN 15 MINUTES. WE USUALLY HAVE TO DO SOME LABOR TO TOW, WAIT FOR EMERGENCY PERSONNEL TO COMPLETE THEIR DUTIES AND CLEAN THE AREA OF ANY DEBRIS. WE ARE WELL AWARE OF WHAT IT COSTS TO SEND A TRUCK THAT COSTS $60,000 AND AN OPERATOR WHO IS GUARANTEED A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS WITH FULL BENEFITS. WE CHARGE A SET FEE OF $165. THAT INCLUDES UP TO 10 MILES OF TOWING.WE CHARGE STORAGE BY THE DAY NOT BY THE HOUR. WE MET HER ON SUNDAY TO RELEASE THE CAR.BUT HER TOWTRUCK DID NOT ARRIVE FOR ALMOST 8 HOURS LATER. SO WE HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS TO ACCOMMODATE HER WE ALSO ACCEPTED A CHECK TO PAY US.
