We are very pleased with Samuel's work. He took the time to look all over the house for areas that spiders and/or mice may enter our home. He gave excellent tips for preventing further spider and other bug issues. Also, he set up the appropriate traps for mice. His price was very fair and he did not do any unnecessary work. My husband was very pleased.

He arrived on time, was most thorough and gave excellent advice. We were thrilled and would use him again.

Excellent overall experience. Mr. Creeger was knowledgeable, thorough and effective. He was courteous at all times; he explained what he was planning to do and why. The actual process involved his spraying the nests at night, when yellow jackets are less active, and then returning the next day to dig out the nests. We have had no sign of the yellow jackets, since he was here. Although not inexpensive, I think his thoroughness and professionalism justify the costs.

Once again- Samuel is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and very helpful. He is on time and very polite.

It was great. He followed up with us to see if things had gotten better or worse, and didn't do any work where it wasn't needed just to get money. Very honest.

Sam was very knowledgeable all around and a very pleasant person. He left cages for an extra week or so to make sure there weren't any more squirrels. He also identified the location in our flashing where the squirrels probably got in so we could have it repaired.

SAM CREEGER IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, AND DID ALL OF THE WORK. HE RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS IMMEDIATELY, AND CAME TO INSPECT SOON AFTER WE ASKED HIM TO COME. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND GAVE ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP THE TERMITES FROM COMING BACK. IN ADDITION, HE LEFT A LIVE-TRAP TO TRY TO TRAP AN ANIMAL UNDER THE PORCH, WITHOUT CHARGE (ONLY CAUGHT A SQUIRREL, ANYWAY). THE JOB WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY, THOROUGHLY, AND HE CLEANED UP. THE CONTRACT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING, BECAUSE THE TREATMENT IS GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY $90/YEAR FOR AN INSPECTION TO MAINTAIN THE GUARANTEE.

SAMUEL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS ALSO KIND AND HELPFUL. OVERALL, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID.

THE MAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL TYPE'S OF PESTS. HE WORKED SEVERAL YEARS WITH THE EPA AND WAS WELL VERSED ON PESTICIDES AND APPROPRIATE TREATMENT FOR MOST EVERY PEST. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I LEFT THEM A MESSAGE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, AND HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM, AND HELPED ME SAVE MONEY BY EXPLAINING HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF. I ALSO ASKED HIM TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE CARPENTER ANT PROBLEM WE HAD LAST YEAR WAS TAKEN CARE OF. HE CHARGED US $53 ONLY BECAUSE HE HAD TO CLIMB INTO A TIGHT CRAWL SPACE TO CHECK ON THE ANTS.

MR. CREEGER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAS MULTIPLE COLLEGE DEGREES IN HIS FIELD, & REALLY UNDERSTANDS ALL THE DIFFERENT CHEMICALS IN RELATION TO ALL THE DIFFERENT CRITTERS. HE IS ALSO VERY HONEST. HE COULD HAVE TAKEN THE JOB, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT MUCH LEFT TO SAVE.

MR KRIEGER, THE OWNER OPERATOR, WAS VERY PERSISTENT IN TRYING TO REMEDY OUR PROBLEM AND RETURNED SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT CHARGE TO PERFORM REPEATED SERVICES. HE EVEN ARRANGED FOR A REPAIRMAN TO MANAGE COMPLEMENTARY REPAIRS THAT WERE TO RESULT FROM SOME OF THE WORK HE PERFORMED. HE WORKED AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT IN ORDER TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS RELATED TO NOCTURNAL INSECTS, BEFORE SELECTING THE CORRECT TREATMENT FOR ONE OF OUR PRIOR PROBLEMS.
