The service has been excellent and they have done a spot on job. Everything around here smells fresh and after they took on the kitchen who has been used by 3 Priests, they made it sparkle and shine. I would recommend the Dirt Doctors to anyone who is in need of a good cleaning and also to maintain the cleaning.

in and out, they hurry to much and then the one girl stands outside smoking when there are other things in the house needing cleaned that they have skipped

"This review is neither accurate or reflective of our business. The person who wrote this review was on a fixed cost for her cleaning service provided by a disability benefit. She only paid for one hour of service and it was made clear to her that is all we could give her, although several times we did give her extra time. The person referred to by the homeowner as being "outside smoking" did so because the hour was up and she was just waiting for the other team member to finish vacuuming."

We live in the Washington DC metropolitan area and wanted to help out our daughter in Pittsburgh for her pre-holiday cleaning. Dirt Doctors Cleaning Services was terrific in making my long distance arrangements for us to give our daughter this relief as a gift. My daughter called after the service to thank us and she said everyone was prompt, friendly, efficient and helpful. This is the first time I had a "professional" cleaning service do my home. I was so pleased. The house was spotless, smelled wonderful, and all of my expectations were met. The staff was so friendly and courteous! I will have them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Tim was extremely responsive (called back right away and came on time). He was able to fit me into his schedule. I only gave 4 instead of 5 starts as there were a few small items that his service does not do that others do, but the quality of the work done was very good and the price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received.
