I purchased my home in 2003 and as required the sellers had a dye test done on the downspouts in Sep 2003. The agent made arrangements with a plumber that he knew. The plumber passed the test but the local sewer authority retested the property and failed it less than 8 months after it had passed wich leads me to question the validity of the agent's plumber's test. It took three weeks of phone calls for the agent to come up with a fix. The plumber who did the bad test will fix the problem w/o charging labor but I will have to pay for parts. I asked the agent if he was willing to pay for parts and he rudely dressed me down. I contacted his regional supervisor Tom Ceponis and was once again dressed down and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, I was told that I would not be able to speak with the head of the company and that I would be redirected to him again. In addition room dimensions were incorrect. Listed living room 16 by 18, actual 11.5 by 18.
Description of Work: The company represent the seller of a home that I purchased in 2003. He basically sat there and signed papers and had little interaction with my agents.
