"Thank you for the thorough review. We, as a company, strive to not only perform the work correctly but to do the right thing...always. With this particular job, we sent out a tech who ran a circuit incorrectly. He ran the wiring to the wrong receptacle resulting in the wrong room having the new circuit. After discussions with the customer and the tech, Dave concluded the tech ran the wire to the wrong area, so we sent another tech out to repair and complete correctly. Full disclosure, the tech did not properly read this estimate and resulted in him running lines to the wrong area of the home. We do not like to have work done twice but we understand that, with the quantity of work we perform on a weekly basis, these things will happen. What is important from our company perspective is, yes we do get to use it as a training tool for the techs but more importantly is once we identified their was a discrepancy in the work, we corrected it promptly. I am very happy that we were able to work the issue with the customer and overall, we were able to restore this customers trust in us as a business."
"Im glad you are happy with the service we provided. We understand that most customers have no idea what we do or why we need to do certain things. Which is why were are happy to take some additional time to explain that in person when necessary. Please dont hesitate to call with any future concerns or projects."
