I am please with this project performed by CW Electrical. The entire team was very professional, from Max who answered my calls and explained the quote, to Kevin and Blake who arrived promptly and professionally performed the work. Thank you all for jobs well done.

Called and talked to Bob. He stated to email him what needed done which I did. After a week still no response. I can understand that my job may be too small, but at least respond that you are not able to do the work. Just poor customer service!

Excellent. The technician explained to me what had to been done and a gave me two options. He gave me a price for each option. I went with the more complicated one. When he was done he cleaned everything up. I will definitely use CW Electrical Services again

After the 3 electricians left my home, I found a chunk of my wall that was damaged by one of the light switches that they did not inform me about. Very unprofessional and unapologetic to not mention the damage. Dan, the scheduler ?, is horrible to work with. Repeatedly had to give him my payment information. After that, I scheduled the work to happen 3 weeks later and he called the night before to tell me they weren't coming on the scheduled day after I had taken off work. He did not return my email/call. Just know if that if you decide to use this company and Dan calls you, don't expect anything to go according to plan

I thought about whether or not to write this review for a while. I reached out to this company late last year while we were looking to purchase a house. After reading the reviews for CW electric online, I reached out to them to get an estimate on the work for the house. I was told that since I did not own the house, they wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting their time and wanted me to pay them 200 upfront before they came out to look over the job. I agreed and paid them 200. They came out, didn't open a single receptical box and gave me an estimate for the whole house - 30k. What a joke, I had a quality master electrician come into the house and did the work with a QUOTE for under 8 grand. They just took 200 from me and sent me on my way. They told me to pay up so they know I'm serious then gave me an outrageously high number. That's fine, enjoy the 200.

Once I called, they quickly sent someone out to give me an estimate. They answered all my questions and informed me of how they would tackle the work. The estimate I received was nearly 1/3 less than a competitors work, and I liked that they would not be running any wires outside my house. The most "damage" there would be would be a small hole in my dining room ceiling to run wire up to an outlet upstairs. It took about 3 weeks, to get the job scheduled, but all along the company was informative (they were going to be a little later than anticipated the day of the work) and professional. The technician Joseph G and his assistant were amazing! Again, answering any questions I had the day of and the best part is, they didn't even need to make a whole in the ceiling. These electrical magicians were able to run the wire up and through the wall to the upstairs outlet. Needless to say, I would hire CW Electrical again in a heartbeat.

Initially called a different company for a circuit breaker tripping... They wanted close to $600 dollars for a trip fee and to diagnose the problem. $600 bucks and the dude hadn't even yet touched a tool. The guy told me it would cost over $1,200 dollars to find the short tripping the circuit breaker. He said he'd have to tear into the walls/ceiling to follow the line to find the short and it would take 2 days. I sent him packing and paid only the trip fee. Then l hired CW Electrical Services. First off... Jon arrived an hour early and WITHIN 5 minutes located the short in an outlet in the laundry room. He was here at the house for an hour and a half and replaced the outlet, corrected how the it was wired in the panel box, and did a few additional things that needed addressed. I can't express to whomever reads this how happy l am with my decision to hire CW. Truly. My bill was $ 272 and all my problems were solved without some smackoff ripping me off while ripping my walls and ceiling apart. Call CW and hire these folks. They provide honest work and services.

Very well. They're easy to work with. They show up when they say they'll show up and do the work well, at a very reasonable price. More importantly, they stand by their work; any time they make a mistake (which is not often at all), they fix the problem, no hassle. They're my go-to contractors for electrical work on my house. I'd absolutely hire them again, and I have no reservations recommending them to other homeowners.

Jon Kemp arrived at the house on Tuesday, the 22nd, after 12 as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional. I showed him what needed to be done according to our contract with CW Electrical and he promptly started work. We were very pleased with his service and feel a lot safer with the work being completed. It has been an enjoyable experience dealing with CW Electrical staff/workers. Would definitely use them again.

Jon arrived at scheduled date & time, performing all services in a professional and timely manner, answering questions and addressing all concerns. Jon also provided expert advice regarding light fixtures and alternative measures for the non-working outlet in spare bedroom. I will continue to contact CW Electric for all our electrical needs and hope to see Jon again. I highly recommend Jon and CW Electric Services, Inc.

I commend the exceptional quality of service provided by CW Electrical Services Inc. I appreciated their efficient and responsive customer service, the level of detail and accountability they exhibited as my projects were completed, and the overall way they conducted business. I used Angie’s List to select five companies who specialized in the replacement of my electrical panel and breakers and the installation of flood lights in my backyard. I selected CW Electrical Services because of their excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed. I met with David Hoak who gave helpful advice regarding the type of backyard lighting I needed, the recommended location of these flood lights and outlets, and the selection of the best replacements for my electrical panel and breakers. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs. During the installation process, the collective abilities of the two electricians complimented each other during the meticulous installation process. They did an excellent job and I would recommend CW Electrical Services Inc. to others with no hesitation.

We used CW Electrical Services INC successfully about one year ago and were quite happy with their service. This time unfortunately we were not happy. I don't like leaving a negative review but since I rely on other reviews I wanted to leave honest feedback here. We were scheduled for service at our residence on Monday 3/11/2019 between 10:00-2:00PM. No show, no call. When my husband finally called CW Electrical Services INC around 1:30PM to check the appointment status, it was clear that there had been a scheduling blip and they seemed to have no record of our appointment. We rescheduled for 3/14/2019 @ 7:30AM. Again, no show, no call. When we called again it seemed there had been another scheduling blip. We were willing to let the first missed appointment slide but now will not ask for their services again.

Jon had been the one to come out last time when my light was making scary crackling noises. He returned again to do the light install/replacement. He was great about answering my questions. Jon was very kind about not laughing at me when I freaked out about a cache of dead stinkbugs, and he took the extra step of getting his shopvac to suck up all the bodies. The lamps are a little complicated, and Jon made sure I knew all the steps I would need to take to change a lightbulb. CW Electrical Services has been my go-to company since I moved into my house in 2011. They have wonderful customer service, short (or non-existent) wait times for appointments, and every technician I have met has been both top-notch with their knowledge and skill as well as personable and professional.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. The price was reasonable and within what I would expect to pay for the scope of the work. In order to upgrade my service the power company had to be called to disconnect power then CW electric did their work, then the work had to be inspected by a 3rd party, and finally, the power company had to come back and reconnect the power. CW electric coordinated all of this. Michael came out promptly at 8 AM on the install date, had the power company there 10 mins later to shut off power, and promptly went to work. They estimated power would be off for 6 hours. Michael had it back on in 5, got the work inspected, and was out the door at the 6 hour mark. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and even offered advice when I asked about some future renovations I am planning on. I also love the new Leviton electrical service panel which is a nice bright white instead of the usually boring grey. IT has large easy to identify and switch breakers. They are green when on and red when tripped. Also, when I had a question after the install; CW electric returned to fix an issue that turned out not to be a problem after all. I recommend this company and would definitely hire them again and probably will in the future.

I kind of panicked when the plug in my garage started sparking, but Dan from CW came out the next morning (right on time) and fixed it and also gave me some helpful suggestions about some ideas for a few renovations down the road.

John came on time and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He installed two new outlets and a porch light and gave us an estimate for some work to be done in the future. We will definitely hire C.W. electrical again.

Technician Jon (call tik# 23666) was outstanding. His assessment was both quick and thorough. He presented options in a way that was easily understood. He completed the work in just under an hour and I am very satisfied with the result. I would call this vendor for future electrical work and be sure to ask for Jon!

Lights and outlets had stopped working. John arrived promptly as scheduled investigated the issues and resolved them. Price was as quoted and seemed fair. Would hire again!

Jon, our CW electrician, was excellent in every way. He was obviously very knowledgeable, a diligent worker and was pleasant and friendly throughout the process, as he thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Jon left us with the feeling that he was a man who enjoys his work and is very good at it. Highly recommended.

I contacted CW Electrical, and explained the situation. I was told they wouldn’t be able to provide a free estimate, as this would be a diagnostic service. It might not take long, or then again it could take all day, regardless of this the price would be $169 and then I would receive a recommendation of what needed to be done to correct the issue, and a cost for this. I was told not to worry, as “our guys are great at diagnosing the problems”. The electrician arrived, and before he entered the home, I talked about the dusk to dawn lamp’s wiring. I pointed out the area I believed it to be, as well as showed him a cable that was coming out of our home that I thought might be the one responsible for feeding it power. I then walked him in, showed him all rooms affected, and the area of damage where the water had marked the ceiling. He went to work. He was at our home for an hour and a half, and fixed 2 loose connections in our breaker panel. He said he saw a small amount of corrosion on one of the armored cables leading to the box, and said this may cause the trip. He said this was most likely the case, and we may need to rewire the circuit, which would be a couple thousand dollars. He was done, no inspection of the yard lamp. I mentioned the phone call, how it may take all day to find the problem, and he said if I would like, he could keep pulling outlets for $90 an hour. I decided against this, paid the $170 and he was gone. No solution to the issue. A week later, after deciding he had not properly provided the service, I contacted CW and asked they return to actually complete the job. They said they would for $90 an hour. I decided against this, as I had already paid them to do this once, and they failed. A few weeks later, I decided to go at the problem myself, and traced the yard lamp’s wiring into the home. I did so, disconnected it from the junction box in the house, and the problem was solved. It was the cable I pointed out to CW before he even entered the home. I contacted CW and asked that they refund my money, as they had not provided the service of diagnosing the issue. They didn’t get back to me, so I’m leaving this review.
