"Dear(Member name removed) - On behalf of Stacey and everyone at Crescent Baths & Kitchens, thank you for taking the time to review us. I am glad your experience was so positive and we look forward to working with you on future projects. Suzanne Baker, Showroom Manager Crescent Baths & Kitchens"
"The homeowner was provided with a kitchen design and the measurements were verified and signed off on by both the homeowner and the installer (not the one Crescent recommended) that she selected. The cabinets were ordered based on the sign-off. When the job was started, a wall was moved by the installer which would change what had been ordered. As the cabinets were installed, the homeowner had multiple complaints. Several meetings were held with the homeowner, installer, kitchen designers and showroom manager to review the concerns. A checklist was drawn up of problems that Crescent would take care of, either by re-ordering or modifying cabinets, at Crescent's expense. Each time we thought we had issues resolved, the homeowner had a new complaint. It became apparent that this was no longer a mutually beneficial situation. At that point, to insure the homeowner was not left without resources, Crescent referred her to another company that carries the cabinet line she was using. We also contacted the owner of that company and transferred information to him so that the transition would go well."
