It seems that they have pretty good windows, but their sales process is awful. I invited them over to give me a quote. The guy gave it to me and then held me and my wife hostage. Gave us a $13,000 quote, then dropped it to $10,000. I said I need few days. He said he would drop it to $9,000 if I bought them that night. I still said no. He wouldn't leave my house intil he had a deal. I pretty much had to kick him out. I ended up going with a local guy, paid less, and had a much better experience.

Although I had good experience with Champion in terms of getting a quote to replace our patio cover damaged in the Feb. storms, I did not use them. I went with the company which had originally put up the patio cover (Patio Enclosure) because they gave me a discount. It took quite a while for Patio Enclosure to finally come and replace the damaged cover (they are here today 6/3/10). Will report on how things went when they are finished.

Started on time and finished on time. House not perfectly plumb or level so they had to retrofit a few things - made it work and looks good. Survived the recent winter without any issues / problems.

Their estimate was a little high. They tried to upscale what I had chosen to do. I felt I was being pushed. So, I didn?t use them. I don?t think I will use them again.

Salesman was knowledgeable however his presentation was over 3 hours long! He tried the old gimmick of telling me the windows had a retail value of thousands more than what I was going to pay. The windows seemed to be slightly better quality than others, but not for the pricetag. This was the highest of several other estimates I received.

The company was very good I was very pleased with their work. The gave me a quote and stuck to it. It only took them about three hours to get all the windows done.

I am extremely happy that I found this company, we couldn t have done better and I would recommend them to my friends. They were polite and professional at all times. They gave me a pretty good price.

Knowing that no contractor is perfect (hence Angie's List), I would hire them again. The product is good. They did a good job of cleanup.

Our sales rep, Ken was very nice and came to our home for the estimate. But after we signed the papers we could never get a hold of him. HOWEVER, the contractors Champion used were absolutely WONDERFUL. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were very pleasant and professional. They paid extra close attention to detail. What we were told would take a week only took them 5 days and by no means rushed. We got many praises from neighbors on how nice our house looked and what a wonderful job the contractors did. I felt it was a little pricey at first, but after we saw the finished product, it was well worth it.

The windows are good quality and they did good work. There was a conflict in scheduling. They cleaned up well.

SOME MISCOMMUNICATION OCCURRED BETWEEN THE OFFICE PERSON AND THE INSTALLATION CREW. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE IN A DAY AND A COUPLE GUYS WOULD SHOW UP. ONLY ONE PERSON CAME AND TOLD ME HE WORKS ALONE. HE WAS LATE BY AN HOUR EACH DAY AND IT TOOK A FEW DAYS LONGER BECAUSE THE GLASS BLOCK WAS HARDER TO REMOVE THAN EXPECTED AND MEASUREMENTS FOR THE WINDOW TRIM WERE FAULTY (IT APPEARED TO TAKE ABOUT THREE TIMES TO FIGURE OUT THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS). I THINK THINGS HAPPENED SMOOTHER, B/C I ALLUDED TO A PREVIOUS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY ARE AWARE I HAVE OTHER WORK THEY COULD ASSIST ME WITH. EACH TIME THERE APPEARED TO BE A MISCOMMUNICATION, I CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND WAS REFERRED TO THE HEAD OF INSTALLATION CREW PERSON WHO WAS HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND CLARIFYING THE MISINFORMATION THE OFFICE PERSON WAS SAYING. CERTAINLY IT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND I AM PLEASED WITH IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND WORKING WITH MY SALES PERSON, DON DUGAN

VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. THE DELIVERY WENT AS EXPECTED WITH NO HASSLE. THE NEW DOOR HAS NO PROBLEMS.

CHAMPION WAS VERY DEPENDABLE. WORKERS VERY POLITE.
