Dealer stated that my Acura needed rear brake pads and rotors along with several other parts replacements. They quoted a price that I felt was unacceptable. Brix looked at the brakes and discovered that the rotors were fine without need of replacement. After replacing the rear brake pads, and a test drive, he was uncomfortable with the front brakes and then unfroze the calipers on the front. Braking system is noticeably more effective. Very effective service. Nice touch was that they provided drop off and pick up service to my home which during a driving thunderstorm was very appreciated. Only downside was the news that they will be closing.

They were timely, attentive, and professional.

This service center is about 1/2 mile from my house which is why I initially went to them but they have consistently provided excellent service and I would continue to rely on them for most of my automotive needs regardless of distance. They are very flexible about scheduling appointments and have even called me to offer off hour times on the weekends to accommodate my schedule. They are very fair about the prices and I never feel like they are adding on unnecessary odd and ends to the inspection like I felt most places were doing that I had gone to prior. When there are things that will need to be replaced they call me to inform me of the work that will need to be done. They have had no problems with me picking the car up to do it myself if / when I am able to which helps to save a little bit of money from time to time. This contrasts with the Honda dealership that charged me $75 to change a $15 dollar air filter in my wife's car that requires 2 minutes worth of work. Would highly recommend these guys for the majority of your needs.

WONDERFUL. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE SHOP REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!
