If they tell you to bring the car in at a specific time, you don't have too much wait time. Their scheduling is very good. You don't spend a long time waiting. They have a nice waiting room. They have always been very responsive.

We were so pleased with their service, their salespeople, and they are all top notch. The experience was very good. They are very fair as far as their pricing is concerned. They have a tremendous inventory. If you are interested in a vehicle with specific attractions and color they would have it because of their inventory. We never really had to wait.

Their price is competitive. They are very responsive. I couldn't say enough about the service. That's why we've been back to them. This is our third car. They are just very, very nice to deal with and very professional. We have all of our repairs, oil changes and minor things are all done there. They are all done very well. We have absolutely no complaints at all. I think their responsiveness to you as a customer stands out.

The last time I used their services was sometime within the year of last year and sometimes he tends to be expensive. So far I've had services done under my warranty. I've had my car since 2009. The people are extremely friendly and the customer waiting area is nice and comfortable and if it's going to be a long wait they will take you home.

No problems.  My Subaru was 7 years old and had 160,000 miles and Bowser consistently serviced it with a smile.  I dropped it off in the morning before work, their shuttle would drive me to work, and I would pick up my vehicle at the end of the day.  I had no problems with service, and they always matched competitors prices.

Service Advisor Dave Berger took my car in, and assured me that he would look into  my concerns.   Mr. Berger kept my car overnight, and called me the next day, assuring me that my concerns were not valid.  He road tested my car for 21 miles, checked fluid levels, checked for any leaks,  while also checking the computer module for any codes stored.  He could find nothing, but told  me that we had at least put the manufacturer on notice if we experienced any problems in the future.  This car only has 35,000 miles on it, so it is well within the 100,000 mile drive line warranty.Bowser's service has been impeccable since I have been dealing with them.  I purchased both of my current cars there, and have had good experiences with their service department from day 1.

The salesman was terrific, and the car pretty much sold itself.  The main reason I bought it was for comfort, and it meets my needs.  The average gas mileage hasn’t met where it was said to reach.

We purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, both are a Subaru Legacy (1997 and 2009). Sales - they have always been willing to negotiate with us. We felt that we were given a good price for our trade-in and offered a fair and reasonable overall price for our purchases. Maintainance and Repair - we purchased both cars as new automobiles from their dealership and have never paid a labor charge for inspection when there is no repair/maintainance required at that time. We have continued to take the 1997 Legacy there for all maintanance and repair and have likewise never had an issue with the quality of their work. We will do the same with the 2009 Legacy. There have been instances wherein we have not incurred any expense for a repair or maintainance item; a prior visit did not seem to correct the entire problem. The cost of repairs/maintainance is comparable to other dealerships; all dealerships generally charge a higher hourly rate than neighborhood shops. Basically we have built a relationship with this dealership over a 15 year period and they have worked certain things to our advantage for our loyalty to them. We likewise have continued to use them for all aspects of our automotive care, with the exception of tires and batteries, as we feel they know us, they know our car, and that they will repair/maintain items in a professional and honest manner. Coupons are also periodically sent via mail and can be printed via their website.

I've had several cars and I've been going to this auto body shop for years. They are always excellent. The prices are reasonable; they always send coupons in the mail as well. The technicians are good, and Bruce Hamilton, the service manager, is great. It's a good company. I've recommended them to family. I'm satisfied with their services.
