They were personable. They are trying to locate used radiators for us and that made a big difference. They are not overpriced.

They contacted me but their price was a little high so I went with another company.

They did a good job. They were wonderful, on time, they were professional, finished on time. We got a really high end, energy efficient system.

They did expert work on installing the units. I had no complaints on how they did the job. They got the job done quickly. They made any changes I was done promptly and professionally. They cleaned up afterwards. The owner of company came and explained how everything works and how to use all of the units properly and effectively.

Service call placed on Friday. Service scheduled for Noon Monday. Someone from the office called to reconfirm on Monday morning. They called again to say service rep was on the way. He arrived a few minutes before Noon. Service Rep was polite, articulate and quick. He was able to locate loose wires with a VOM meter and tighten the connections. He then performed a seasonal review of all the heating equipment. When he checked the humidifier, he found that it had not been correctly wired and had therefore never turned on in two years. He repaired the wiring. He went over the service agreement with me, called to verify they would accept the $10 Angie's List coupon and left. He was on the premises for about an hour.

Overall it went as well as I possibly could have imagined. They came when they said they would; they were efficient and professional and very nice. Since it was a two day job, they cleaned up after themselves both days, leaving my basement cleaner than they found it and they finished early. They were thorough in teaching me everything I needed to know about the new boiler and thermostat. And the system works wonderfully. The price was exactly what they said it would be.

Our blower motor on our 20 year old furnace began making noises on Sunday evening after Thanksgiving--our regular furnace guy was packed up for the beginning of hunting season so he recommended Bolster-Dehart, Inc. because of their 6-truck operation. It was good advice as I felt that the our technician was timely, honest and knowledgeable. While not painting a rosy picture of our furnace's future (which we are aware) he let us know that ultimately it was our decision. Because of the holiday season and other expenses we are currently facing, we opted for replacing the blower motor rather than the whole furnace. The technician was quick, and he did a great job. He was concerned that the wheel may be bent and warned me that I may have an additional fee for a new wheel. I was pleasantly surprised when he said it was working silently and seemed to be not bent at all. I would not hesitate to call Bolster-Dehart, Inc. when we do decide to replace our furnace (hopefully in a few years!)

They were very thorough on the job they did. I think they went over every nook and cranny on the furnace. They were prompt in coming here and when they finished the job, they did a wonderful job cleaning everything up around the furnace.

They do great work! The guys that come out are very sweet and they do the job. I really like the fact that they leave everything all cleaned up and running fresh and smooth.

I thought they did just great. All went well with the visit. They were very prompt and they have just been great to us. They were great with answering questions about our humidifier or whatever we wanted to know. I do have a service contract with them yearly, which includes maintenance visits too. I did also have them lined up to clean my air ducts, but they just recently stopped doing that. The equipment was not working, so they no longer offer that service.

They also do service for me in the spring as well. They were also on the list and they received top marks in every category. Bottom line, they were great. The price was very fair. They were on time, clean, respectful of our property, and easy to work with. They do good follow-ups as well. They are the best. I bought a service plan with them, but, I do not recall what it is. The maintenance is covered under the plan though.

The crew was great. They did their work carefully and quietly.

Bolster-Dehart was difficult to schedule for routine maintenance operations, but arrived on time and provided excellent service. The technician was very professional and explained everything he did.

THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL! THEY WERE PATIENT AND COOPERATIVE DURING THE PLANNING STAGE OF THE PROJECT. PAUL DEHART WORKED WITH US TO DESIGN THE BEST ROUTING FOR DUCTWORK. HIS WORKERS WERE ON SITE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, CLEAN AND PROVIDED INFORMATION TO US ALONG THE WAY OF THE PROJECT. PAUL DEHART PROVIDED OPTIONS TO US IN THE PRICING SO THAT WE COULD MAKE THE FINANCIAL DECISIONS ALONG THE WAY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HVAC COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY CHECKED THE FURNACE IN OCTOBER, AND AFTER RETURNING FROM A TRIP A FEW MONTHS LATER, THE FURNACE HAD SHUT DOWN. HE SAID SOMETHING THAT MADE IT SEEM AS THOUGH THEY COULD BE AT FAULT. THEY DID WORK LATER, REPLACING A VALVE, WHICH AGAIN BEGAN MAKING NOISE. THEY EXPLAINED THERE WERE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MEAN I NEED TO REPLACE THE AIR CLEANER. THEY SHOULD HAVE POINTED OUT THIS PROBLEM, RATHER THAN GETTING ME TO PAY FOR REPAIRS ON A FAILING UNIT.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. WE WOKE UP ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND SMELLED SOMETHING HOT. WE CALLED BOLSTER DEHART AND A REPAIRMAN ARRIVED 45 MINUTES LATER. HE WAS POLITE AND FAIR PRICED.

THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS PROMPT. INSTALLED QUICKLY. CLEANED UP BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

BOLSTER DEHART DOES A GOOD, CONSISTENT JOB. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HANDLED ANNUAL CHECK-UPS AND REPAIRS PROMPTLY.
