We were really happy with BRC. Jason handled the job, and he did an excellent job communicating, checking in and responding to any concerns. The crew worked REDICULOUSLY fast and the end product looked great. WE had several areas water was getting in and we have not had any water penetration since the job.

The original work was done okay and in a timely fashion. There is a minor problem with the way water seeping between the shingles and the gutters. I have contacted them several times and they have not come to resolve the issue. When I spoke to him last week he said he has some family issues and will get to me this week, Now they will not answer or return my calls.
