They stated they unclogged the toilet, but when used first day(first few hours) it overflowed and flooded bathroom, heater ducks. My fiancé comes home for holiday and has to fix his mess and they charged me 616.00 to unclog a toilet that was never done. When my fiancé speaks with supervisor, he wants to send same guy out that did not do the job right the first two times. Stay away from this company!

Shane was here in time and did a quick fix. Prices were slightly more than expected but good job overall

The plumber knew exactly what was needed. He was efficient and got the job done perfectly. Made a double check when the water was Turn back on to make sure there were no leaks. I was very happy with this company and the worker that came out I think his name is Sean

I left a message last night and got a call this morning and someone was here in about an hour. He completed the job and I had hot water in no time! Yay! It was great!

The plumber they sent said that I didn't need my sewer cleaned, and that my problem was likely due to old, corroded pipes and debris build up. He suggested pouring degreaser down my drains instead.

They were only able to diagnosis and send us in a different direction but that wasn’t their fault. Very helpful

Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!

The plumber who did the work was excellent. A couple of the issues he repaired were challenging and he took the time to explain the issues and repair options. My only complaint with Benjamin Franklin is the prices are relatively high and arbitrary per task, not “time and materials” as the plumber I used for 23 years prior charged. But the work was done well so overall I am happy.

The plumber who did the job was on time, courteous & efficient. He was not vaccinated against COVID, but wore a mask throughout. After job clean up was done very well.

I was shocked at this high price. Buying a new toilet and instating it would have been much cheaper but my son in law had no idea it would be this expensive. never again.

When I called to book the appointment I was told the $79 service fee would be applied to the price if I had them do the book. This was not the case and I was still charged the fee. The work was great and the interactions with everyone was good.

Expert in their field, clear stated recommendations. They should invest into throw floor mats, had to clean floors (indoor & outside projects).
