Other plumbers told us they couldn't fix our issue or didn't show up for appointments. Ben Franklin responded to an email question at night within an hour or two and called me as promised the next morning. They were willing to help me set up an appointment which worked with my schedule and fixed a problem others told us we needed a welder for (frozen main supply line into the house). They were upfront with pricing and the process and very professional and hard working. After 4 days in the middle of winter without water, they fixed our problem for what I consider a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

The price is per project, not per hour. I had a few items on my list I opted to delay due to this fact. But the work I had done was well worth the price and piece of mind of having the repair done a little more than 24 hours after I posted my request. This company also charges the same on weekends as weekdays.

I had an issue with roots causing poor drainage and back up when I ran water in my house. I called in the late afternoon and they sent a plumber out first thing next morning. The plumber arrived right on time and was very nice and personable. He started work immediately after giving me a quote. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would call them again if any other issues arise.

Make sure you ask all the details of how they charge first. The person I talked on the phone never explained there was a $59 charge for just coming to check my sink.

I had a pretty serious problem with roots. Their plumbers had to spend three days cleaning out the pipes, but the cost was unbelievably low for the amount of time spent fixing the problem. The plumbers were straightforward and honest. They were more concerned about doing the job right than anything else.

This was for a rental property in Pennsylvania, that I had a sewer camera done and a DVD made to post on YouTube (only to be see by potential contractor's). Benjamin Franklin's bid came in a little north of 8k, but offered and incredible 2yr warranty on work preformed. I had other bid's but none of them offered this type of warranty, they also set up a containment cell in the basement for the pipe and concrete work while seeding and re-topsoiling my front lawn. Benjamin Franklin was incredibly fast and efficient, from email's to installation. I highly recommend there service.

Did not charge more for coming on a Sunday! Wish we had called them earlier in the day. They came at dinner time, Done in an hour.

The guy did excellent work. He was very patient and understanding. I needed extra parts and he waited until I ran out a got them.

The young man who came to my home could not diagnosis the problem. Still not sure if I have a leak with my toilet or not. They initially said the first visit would be free as I was a first time customer but then called back to say that it was not free. they did direct me to their website to get a $25 coupon.
