We were very pleased with this company. I booked the appointment through Home Advisor online. The first avialable was Monday at noon. It was Sunday. I could wait another day. However, just a few minutes after booking the appointment I received a phone call from the company and he said he could come over right away with no extra charge for coming out in a weekend. Super pleased with his promptness, honesty in estimation if cost, speed of work and cleanliness.

Seems like all plumbing repairs are very expensive---and they weren't as expensive as some other plumbing companies. Call around to request cost estimate before you place an order. You think the Airlines are terrible at nickle and dimeing with hidden costs---hold onto your socks---a fee to show up, a fee to diagnose, a fee for labor and parts, etc., etc. Benjamin Franklin did wave the $59.00 initial fee because we were a repeat customer. Call around for estimated cost !!!!

was more expensive than expected. $418 to replace the shut off valve at the meter. I calculated the cost to be somewhere around $250. Other than the $59 house call fee nothing else was explained. No estimate given

Initial contact was lightening fast and they all seemed like nice people, but subsequent communications via email were slow and inefficient. I didn't know for certain until the day they were coming that they had completely agreed to do this very small job, had no window of arrival at all, then got a call just a few minutes before they came that they were on their way. My email the day before asking for confirmation had gone unanswered. What if I DIDN'T work from home??? Then, a different technician than I had been emailing with showed up for the job. He was fine, no complaints there and the faucet is fixed, but it was just a matter of removing a few parts and putting them back on again, no replacement parts needed, I had the original installation instructions, and it did not take very long at all. I had a coupon to waive the $59 service call, and I appreciated that, but for this to be over $120 seemed a bit steep for a few minutes of actual, very light work requiring no parts at all. The actual service they performed was what I would expect, I guess, communications left me wondering if I had hired them or not. By the day they showed up, I was actually getting ready to call someone else. I had heard the secretary was on vacation, and I hope they pay her well because I think they are pretty lost without her!

Good service performed in a timely manner and by a competent service professional. I would hire them again.
