poorly. Made several calls to fix but holes keep reappearing assuming material used inferior.

I live in an older home in the Northern Boroughs. I have used this company a few times for gutter cleaning as they were very responsive and the scheduler is nice. I decided to have the windows cleaned and gutters cleaned out as we need to do that 2x's a year from a large tree. Workers arrived and did the gutters one day... in 15 minutes. Then they came about a week later to wash the windows. They were done in another 15 minutes. I actually called and had them comeback. I didn't turn the water on for them to fill their buckets. Plus, I paid to have the screens cleaned and they didn't do that or wipe the sills. Probably me expecting more or not asking questions. I paid for the gutters and paid a lower rate on the windows. Now with all the rain we have had lately I notice two of the gutters don't drain, lol. Did they even do those. Nice people. They aren't rude or anything. I would not hire again. It is a shame I usually was happy with their previous jobs.

The employees cleaned and caulked my gutters, and they screwed my loose downspouts into the brick walls.

I scheduled an appointment to have my gutters cleaned with B.E.E. windows & Gutters LLC. They sent out two employees to my residence that spent a total of 4 to 5 minutes at my home. I watched one of them carry a ladder to my back yard, lean it on my home before he promptly picked it up and carry it back to his truck. The other guy did the same thing to the front of my home. No-one ever climbed a ladder. What took the most time was for one of them to place an invoice for $172.20 on my door. I called the office and they offered to send them back but I declined. I will be going with someone else.

It went fine. I hardly knew they were there. They did the work, put the invoice in my mail box and were gone. No muss. No fuss. The whole process had been explained in detail the day before they arrived.

Great! I was even able to troubleshoot with them the issue of water pooling on my flat roof. Because they were unable to get the debris off the flat roof, they offered to come back when the roof was more dry and try again.

Wonderful job done by a pleasant and professional crew. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed.
