Paul was very prompt in reply to my request. He is very knowledgeable and very courteous with his service. I would highly recommend Awnings by Paul for any awnings you may need. He quoted me a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks and my awning was made and installed in 5 weeks. I will definitely use Paul again.

Paul is very good at what he does, and if you are looking for quality awnings at a reasonable price, then I would recommend him.

We called this provider last summer to get a quote on a retractable awning in front of our pool. He said they would call back in a week. Never heard from them.

I contacted the company to get an estimate for an solar shade. The individual I spoke with said he might be able to come out that same week. That was over 3 weeks ago. I still have not heard from him.

HE IS A LITTLE SLOW IN HIS RESPONDING TO PHONE CALLS, BUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE HE WAS AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB.  I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND IF ANY OTHER PROJECT COMES UP WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM  PERFORM IT. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE JOB SITE HIS CREW SET IT UP AND FINISHED IT WITHOUT A HITCH. A CREDIT TO ANGIES LIST

Paul was courteous and responsible. He was up front about the time factor and costs. We love the results and would definitely use him again.

Provider was prompt, measured the space, returned in a couple of days with fabric swatches, and installed the awning when promised.  In fact, he installed the awning even though we were not at home at the time.  We had contacted the old well-known awning company in Pittsburgh twice and they never returned our call.  The price for the awning by Awnings by Paul was VERY reasonable.  If you're smart, you will get your next awning from Awnings by Paul.

I join the those who gave Paul an "F". Paul submitted bid. Called texted his return was he was too busy. I decided to wait for him. Paul would say he would call come over to my home never called texted stood us up. He is rude disrespectful unprofessional. Such a Bad businessman .

Paul was very responsive and prompt in returning my calls and sending a quote.  The work was done as expected.  We are pleased with the results. My only complaint is that some trash and nails were left on the property after the awning frame was installed.

Contacted Paul who was in Florida and he promised to take care of it on his return to Pittsburgh!
He showed up February 4th, but the panel was frozen and he promised to be back in warmer weather which happened about a week later! True to his word, he reset the panel and used a device to attach it more firmly!
Did not charge because he had installed the awning  previously and was very gracious during the whole repair process!

He was perfect, punctual, clean. It was like the dream kind of contracting person you want to work with. It really is nice. The one thing that was interesting, because we were sort of communicating via email. I had contacted him through Angie's List email, where you can go and send somebody an email. Then he was responding to me. At one point, I tried to get a hold of him while he was on vacation, but he got back to me even while he was on vacation. He came and brought samples. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. He was just delightful to work with.

He was polite, on time, easy to work with, and did a beautiful job!

He offered us two different outdoor fabrics (Tempotest and Sunbrella), dropped off color samples for review, and completed the job sooner than we expected, at a reasonable price.  Great experience.

Magnificent awning 13x 23 foot installed.Paul was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. The awning is perfect and we have had wonderful praise from everyone who has seen it. It has made our patio into an extra room.

Paul put my awning in 3 years ago.  There were some issues with a curved corner, but these were resolved.  No other issues.

.I am very happy with the work he did and when I called him they had a guy out here within a couple of hours. I intend to use him again.

We definitely liked the company and individual we spoke with, but we didn't like the price we were quoted. We didn't expect the pricing of awnings to be so expensive.
