I called and left message requesting estimate for window treatment. Jeff Primus, owner, promptly returned call to visit our home and provide estimate. He came to our home, as scheduled, thoroughly explained the different types of blinds available for the windows needing new treatment. He then returned to install the wood blinds we had chosen and demonstrated how to use them.

Jeff was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He knows the Hunter Douglas product line well, and asked thoughtful questions such as, "What side do you want the cord to be on? If it's on the left, it might be hard to reach from the treadmill." He returned every call, called back when he said he would, and arrived on time as promised (even through snow). He worked for us on weekends and evenings. He worked quickly, and was in & out of the house in minutes for each measurement and installation. He was patient and accommodating when we changed our minds about covering additional windows. His prices were cheaper than the Hunter Douglas showroom. When I asked him about a rebate from Hunter Douglas, he knew about it and the deadlines. He even submitted the rebate form to Hunter Douglas on my behalf.

I thought they were very thorough and prompt. They gave us expert advice. We ordered the blinds and they came back to put them in in a very timely basis. They installed them very well.

Jeff replied immediately to my email with a quote, unlike other places who had to "discuss" with their Hunter Douglas reps before they could quote me a price (sometimes taking weeks to get back to me). Jeff's price beat every other price that I obtained. We haven't yet had the blinds installed, but Jeff said that he is the only certified Hunter Douglas dealer in the area. Based on price and responsiveness, Jeff seems the best of several Hunter Douglas dealers in the area.

Jeff did a great job. Neighbors have commented on what a big difference it makes in the overall appearance of the house. Jeff was very knowledgeable about his product base and was able to give advice without pushing us in any particular direction, just gave us the facts so that we could make our own decisions.

Positive. They showed up on time. He's been here several times. He will call if he's going to be late. He can talk and he is very personable. A couple times he didn't clean up too well after himself, as far as the window blinds, but nothing that I couldn't easily deal with. He uses subcontractors for installation of flooring and carpeting, very satisfactory job. The blinds arrived very quickly after I ordered them. I had priced elsewhere and he was considerably less.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about window treatment options, and did not pressure for any one decision. The work was done very competently as promised. Price seemed fair.

Jeff uses Hunter Douglas products. He gave me several ideas that I used and I am very satisfied with the results. He measured all windows and arranged for installation. He scheduled an estimate visit very quickly and arranged for installation on the day that I requested. Installer was very professional and worked quickly.

He was very helpful in picking out the best treatment for my windows; which was less then the treatment that we were original interested in. He measured our windows and and gave us a quote which was less than we expected. We chose to install them our self.
