Description of Work: Emergency call. My furnace was dead. The tech got to me earlier than scheduled, and was able to promptly fix my furnace. He seemed very knowledgeable about the model of Lennox. I expect that I payed a healthy premium for the emergency call and the fact that he had the part I needed on his truck, but the price (which i may have remembered inexactly) seemed high for replacing a transformer. That said, in the same situation, I would, absolutely, call them again.
