The employee got lost on his way to my house, and he showed up one hour late. He was very nice, though, and called to let me know that he was on his way. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well.

The individual who scheduled the appointment was very professional and quickly arranged for the appointment. The technician who came to my home was also very professional. he completed the visit quickly and did a great job!

Mike did a great job. He was professional, punctual, and gave good advice on a few small things. He even took the old key off my key ring and put the new key on! Easy to schedule and would definitely recommend and use Ace Lock again.

Great. The front door lock needed replaced due to age. I made an appointment and they came right on time. The door knob and deadbolt locks were replaced in less then half an hour. Keys were made. No mess, no fuss.

Mike at Ace Lock was SO wonderful! So punctual, friendly, and honest. He gave an estimate the same day we called and did the work the following day. They were extremely professional and affordable for the stellar quality. I can't say enough good things about them, since they helped us when we were in a difficult spot. I would absolutely hire these folks again.

I did a dumb thing and disassembled the mortise lock on my front door. I took it apart. Like, it was in a bowl. If I couldn't find someone to put it back together, I was looking at serious coin. I took the bowl to Ace and left it with Larry, who put it back together overnight. The next day, when I called needing help getting the lock back in the door properly, they had someone at the house within an hour, and it was done in an hour. It was a small job, but you would never have known it by how well I was treated. Excellent quality, excellent customer service, excellent price. I'm really satisfied and happy, and I will definitely return.

Appointment was easy to make and they accommodated my schedule well. The work was badly done. After paying $114 to replace one doorknob lock and check the others (not replaced), the "repaired" lock got stuck and locked us out of the house. We finally pried it open and when we shut the door again, it got stuck. It was as if a repair had not been made. The neighbor handyman came down and fixed it. I won't hire them again.

Set up a Saturday appointment [no extra charge]...scheduler said technician would call on way. Window was 8 AM to Noon. He called at 830 AM said he'd be there in 20 and he was there as stated. Mike was the tech and he was great. Very professional, nice, and good at his job. Done in an hour. Excellent work. 10% discount because on Angie's List. Would hire again in a minute!

Mike answered the j urial call and was terrific. This was a tough job that wasn't able to be resolved quickly but Mike wouldn't give up. He called two other technicians on the Ace team for consultation and continued to try multiple options to get the lock open. Bill then joined Mike at the job site and they finally got the door opened and installed a new lock and handle. This is why I only use the Ace lock team for locksmith jobs. First class team of true experts.

Provider was great. Spent time to make two of the doors lock better, including replacing a strikeplate and door knob (without asking). Great attention to detail, including putting a towel down beneath door to protect wood floor.

It was great. I sent a message via Angie's list Sunday night (indicating a non-emergency). I got a call at 9am on Monday and the repair was done on Monday afternoon. The locksmith called before he arrived and did a good job on the repair. Also, he added the Angie's list discount before I asked about it.

Great. Repair person showed on time and ready to deal with the challenges of vintage locks. He respected the integrity of the lock itself and the 1922 door. Previous owners had done stupid things like gluing the hardware to the door jam and the repair person carefully jimmied it all out. Lock is fixed and works solidly.

We were heading out of town so we didn't have a lot of availability, but they still were able to schedule us for the next day. The locksmith called when he was on his way. Changed the locks on three doors and made duplicate keys in under an hour. He let us know we would need to change one doorknob if we wanted to use the same set of keys as the other doors, so he also changed that doorknob for about $20 more. Fast and professional with a 10% new home discount.
