Two radiators were not working in my rental property. Jason came out and troubleshot the system and determined that the water pump was bad. He did this with amazing speed. He then replaced the pump and had the furnace back up and running in less then 2 hours. I called Jason after I got a quote for $500 for the same job. The other contractors wanted to charge me $380 for the pump alone and then $180 to install it. Jason was professional and quick. He charged me for the cost of the pump and his hourly rate. Total cost was $225.00.
