The contractor stay on schedule. Once complete we did end up with some bubbles and runs in the floor finish and also wanted to do some additional areas. When I tried to contact the owner numerous times, he never called me back. basically once he got his money they ran. We ended up having to use in other contractor to do the repairs. The mistake we made was paying this contractor before a complete inspection. They seriously lacking in customer service. I had an area three times the size of this to do this summer and I called a another contractor.

I really liked them and I would have them back. We were extremely pleased and we thought that the price was fair. It was a lot of work at a very good price. They were flexible in working with us. They did the whole downstairs. Everything was great. They did extra things for us and they were very nice. The floor has held up. I would use them again.
