These folks are the consummate pros. They had the lowest bid and the work, cleanliness and end results exceeded my expectations. If you need to have floors refinished, hire these folks.

I did hire Premier Hardwood Floors. Bruce and his crew did a great job. My wife (the boss) was very satisfied with their work. Bruce wasted no time in addressing a minor detail. His price was the lowest but nevertheless fair and equitable. He made sure we were happy with the color and blending in of the new floor stain with the old; it was a perfect match. Job was completed in 3 days as was expected. I would recommend Premier Hardwood floors without reservation.

Poor quality, we could of done a better job ourselves but wanted to have it taken care of. Used rotary sander which can be observed by circular appearance in spots with corners and edges not stained or coated with polyurethane. Did not fill nail holes or holes in floor. Left trash from job in our home and outside.

Great color

Bruce and his team did a fantastic job on the floors. They did the work quickly and on short notice and they look absolutely beautiful. Bruce was quick to respond, helpful in explaining the process, and the price was quite reasonable. He made sure we liked the color that we picked and had the color remixed several times to show different colors. The only reason I rated customer service a 3 instead of a 5 was more on the part of the team that actually did the work on the floors. While the floors look great, we returned home to find a container of French fries in one of our kitchen cabinets, a greasy handprint on the wall, a Gatorade bottle cast aside in the basement, and the trash was simply left sitting on the lawn. We have a garage that was accessible to the team with a trash can, but the bag was discarded on the lawn for several days (we were not moved in and didn't discover the bag until several days later when the grass was totally brown underneath).

Bruce was very upfront with meeting my expectations. The floor needed repair in one bedroom and his team performed an excellent job patching matching the flooring pattern. The work was performed in three days, sanding and repair, staining and 3 coats of polyurethane. His work was exceptional and cost was extremely reasonable.

Good job but out sources the work

Bruce was on time for every appointment. The work was quickly and expertly done. The outcome of the floor refinishing was even better than we expected. He and his team come highly recommended by us. Absolutely no negative things to say.

Work ethics were high. Very clean workers. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Bruce was fantastic. His customer service was great. His price was half of what others gave me. I will say that there were a few areas I was not pleased with. The guys actually doing the floors left our lights on in the house multiple days. We were not living there and the floors were drying so there was no way for us to turn them off. Bruce as amazing though. He personally went over there to turn the lights off and when he couldn't he offered to send a check to cover any electric costs I would have associated with this. He really went above and beyond. They were on time and I also really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Premier to others!

Floor looks fantastic. These guys know floors. Would have given 5 stars but there are a couple of spots the last coat of poly didn't hit (still looks good, but not perfect for a 5 star). Definitely worth the price as the quote I got from another company was 3 times as much.

Professional sales evaluation and advice. Bruce listened to our needs and collaborated for our desired outcome. Courteous, kind, respectful, and very talented crew. Beautiful job on a 60 year old, pet stained floor.

The price that I paid for the work was great. The owner came to give me a quote the day after I requested a quote. Theyy came on time and the finish on the floors is beautiful. Unfortunately the crew was a little sloppy with the stain. It was splashed up on the walls in a few places. In the company's defense the owner called me as soon as he saw the pictures I emailed him to apologize and and see what he could do. I also scratched the finish when I foolishly tried to move my piano too soon. He had a crew come out to repair the damage at no charge so five stars for that.
