I walked in without an appointment, they looked at it, said it was needed and I was out of there in 3 hours. The down side is that because the car was in such bad shape, I didn't have a chance to shop around for the muffler, so I'm not sure if the price was the best.

The service was fantastic. Scheduled for day after i called and had all the work preformed before the end of that day. I was even offered a ride if I could not get there on my own to pick it up. I was showed the old parts and had all my questions answered clearly. The whole experience was better than I expected. I will return if my car needs future work and I would recommend Otts garage to people in the future.

On subsequent visits to the shop Tom took the time to explain what progress had been made and what still needed to be done. At all times I felt that exceptional care was being taken to my truck. The end result was that my front-end was restore to like-new condition. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

The condenser for my air conditioner was leaking. To correct the issue the whole dashboard needs to come out to get to the condenser which is under the dashboard. While they had the dashboard out they asked if they should replace the Heating core with no additional labor expense, just the price of parts. The job was completed on time a at the price quoted. The job took longer than expected, but Ott's did not charge extra for the labor hours. Overall I am very satisfied with the job, and will continue to use Ott's for all of my automotive repair needs.

Excellent. Tom, the owner, provided two options for the repair - bring it back to perfect condition (about $700) or do an acceptable job that might leave small defects evident (about $200). He was OK with either. I chose the cheaper option. Clear explanations for both options were given. The work was scheduled in a timely way (within a few days) and completed earlier in the day than expected. This is the way these types of transactions should happen! Thanks Tom for a job well done.

The Ott brothers are very competent and professional. The estimates are in line with the final price charged and the work is done on time and with complete satisfaction. They do provide a "one stop shop" for auto work, since they handle both mechanical service and body shop service. They have provided emergency repairs in the past, fitting us into the schedule because of an unforeseen problem. As indicated earlier, we have used the Ott Brothers for years and that is because we have always been very satisfied with the results

Check engine light had come on just before inspection was due, there was a rubbing sound when backing since hitting a curb after sliding in the snow, and there was a squealing at startup. Called Joe Ott, took the car over and he went over the vehicle, explained what he thought was needed. Scheduled the work for the next day, work was done professionally and quickly, solved all the problems, and price was very reasonable considering that the sensor part cost was 60% of the total. We have used Ott's in the past for service and body work and they have always been A players in our book.
