Our extensive track record includes apartment unit turnover, solving water infiltration issues, apartment and condo renovations, building rehabilitation, and property conversions. In addition to acting as an owner’s representative, we are able to serve as a general contractor on projects and provide in-house subcontractors. Use of AutoCAD enables us to coordinate construction with architects in an effort to reduce cost. We also provide in-house design services, including assistance in staging apartments and condos for rental or sale, fixture and finish selection, and light remodeling, as well as landscaping design services to boost curb appeal. Maintenance Boasting 15 years of experience in owning and managing mid-size, multi-family dwellings, and portfolios in 3 major metropolitan areas and growing, Wexford Property Management can be trusted to handle any maintenance situation with the same expertise and professionalism we conduct in handling our own.
