It didn't. They didn't show up as promised. When I called, they said they "forgot" and they would show up at a time the next day. They never called and never showed up. I called again - was VERY understanding and gave some BS about being "busy" and they could get to me the next day in the am. They never called and never showed up. I called - AGAIN and they said they were on their way. THREE HOURS later - no one ever called or came. They wasted my time and were totally uncaring and obviously they do not want residential business. Complete disaster. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

These guys are great. They came out, I showed them which doors needed to be re-keyed, and they re-keyed them. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again.
