UPDATE: As it turns out, no additional work was needed on my car. Wayne's was ready to charge me $500 for new struts, and even though my vehicle was riding just fine I decided to play it safe and call around for other quotes. After taking it to my dealership, they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the struts. Never going back to Wayne's again.

We are a AAA repair facility which requires us to offer the highest grade parts, certified technicians, and one of the longest warranty in the business. there are many grades of struts that can be purchased for your vehicle. We offer the highest grade product for the best performance of your vehicle. A lower cost alternative is almost always available on all repairs, but in many cases it's not the best repair for the vehicle. All of our techs have many years of experience and go through hours of training to maintain the highest quality of repairs possible. Many shops offer inferior parts and entry level technicians to present lower cost repairs, and our shop we provide strong value for dollars spent. We treat your vehicle like it was the human body and pose the question would you want an experience surgeon doing your open heart surgery. If the lowest price for repairs is what you need we can certainly provide that for you. But we frown on using inferior products.
