Came out for an estimate but never provided one. Followed up multiple times. Waste of everyone's time. IF you don't do the work or if the job is too small be up front.

Was unable to receive service due to personal scheduling conflicts. However, the brief interaction I did have in scheduling the appointment was very pleasant. The company seems to be very professional and was eager to help me. I plan to contact them in the near future to help me with my roofing needs.

A big thank you to Frank and Union Roofing. I had some shingles blow away along my ridge vent during the rain storm last week. Frank’s crew was down the shore doing major storm work at the time but he called several times with tips to prevent leaking. His guys came out as soon as they returned and did the repair without any damage to things I had in the attic. Very responsive, courteous, and with a very reasonable fee. Thanks again Frank and I will be sure to spread the word about Union Roofing.

I got same-day service at a good price. They were honest and professional. I will definitely call them again if I have a problem.

Union showed up early to the appointment. My asphalt roof needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a new, energy efficient rubber roof with new roof vents in one day. They also patched and repaired my chimney.

Four workers arrived sharp at 6 am and completed all the work we asked for within the afternoon. Work was done right and the people were friendly.

Couple of my shingles were blown away because of the severe winds we had recently. These guys were ontime and finished the work ontime as mentioned. They even checked my whole roof for other issues and fixed them. Will definitely hire them.

I have used Union Roofing for over 40 years and will continue to do so as the need arises. The owner told me, after calling them on Sat., that they would be out the first thing Mon. morning and that they were. I rely on their punctuality and superior workmanship.

What I like most about Union Roofing is they show up when they say they are going to show up. They guarantee their work and because they do that, there are very few issues with any of the roofs I have had them do. If an issue does arise, they stand behind their work. I called them on Monday and I had a new roof on Wednesday.

BEWARE!!!! This is not a company that stands behind its work or products. We hired union roofing to replace and fix our leaking roof and skylight. On the 3 year anniversary of replacing our roof the roofer comes out to check on the roof. He demands $1000 to re-coat the roof. I was told I would be out of warranty and the roof would not be covered for any leaks. I told him I'd prefer to wait until the weather breaks. Of course, the roof begins to leak immediately after the roofer went on the roof. There were no signs of leakage prior to this refusal to give them $1000 immediately. When I called to address the leak they were rude and unaccommodating. Their contract states there needs to have a re-coating within 3 years or the warranty is void. I am within 10 days of the expiration of the three year period and they will not even come out to look at the leak. I explained to the roofer that I'd prefer to get the roof coated when the weather is not between 2-10 degrees. I was told I am out of warranty and the roof would not be covered for any leaks. I spoke to several roofers who state its best to wait until the weather permits to do a coating or there could be additional issues. When I bought that up to the roofer he ignored the fact that it has been below 20 degrees for the last month. When I called to speak with the owner the staff was rude. I was told he was unavailable and would not call me back. I was told a supervisor would call me. Still waiting...

Union Roofing came out because of an emergency leak. They were able to start right away on tearing down old roof and installed rubber roof. Frank was even willing to take a look at my main roof, cleaned it off and coated it. Frank and the crew are always on time and very professional. Union Roofing is always the first company I call for roofing problems.

Everything turned out very well with Union Roofing. They were professional and on time. They cleaned up the debris around my home, but I did have to do cleanup inside from the skylight installation. The owner, Frank, kept in close contact with me which I liked. Frank also did some of the work himself.

They were here on time and completed needed repairs. They also installed a roof ventilation system to prevent mold and mildew. It rained that night and no more leak.

As most roofers are, he was priced high. But it does seem that the problem is solved. I am appreciative of that. The skylight is great. I appreciate that, too. He was a little pushy, tried to get me to replace the whole roof. I was leery of him taking up any of the roof to replace a small corner of it and I hope that it'll be ok in the long run. He came over the next day and had everything he needed to get the job done.

We did supply the supplies. What I liked about them was, I spoke to one of their representatives in the office and he was able to make a way for someone to come in as quickly as they could to help us because what happened was, we had another contractor come in and they did not know what they were doing at all. They were actually through a project manager that we had. We kind of needed someone to come in and finish the job because we had to fire them. They came in. Once they came in, they did a fabulous job. They were done in hours, got it up there, knew the product well. They just were all around professional. They knew what they were doing and that's all I can expect from a contractor.

I would never recommend them. They were horrible. It was very high-priced and not a good job, until I had my cousin, who was a roofer come here and made them fix what was wrong. I will never use them. I would tell a family member or a neighbor not to hire them. My cousin made them take it down and put up new. Without him there, they would never have done that. It was a horrible job. Every time they came out with another solution which was worse than the solution before that. If it had not been for my cousin, who doesn't do the roofing anymore or I would have had him, it was horrible. Each day was just so aggravating dealing with them. They did return my call and get out here. They were here very punctual. They had quoted us this job for $800. Then they came and the man who had quoted us wasn't there, but these two other men were there and they were taking stuff off my lawn. I went out and I said, "Well, what are you doing?" He said, "Oh, we're Union Roofing and we're going to do the entire front." I said, "No, we're just doing the gutter over the bedrooms." He was like, "No, we were under the impression..." I should have told them to leave or made them wait until their boss got there or whatever. It was just bad. I would never deal with them, never. I see their advertisement, I see their trucks. It was a bad experience. They did show up, but nonetheless, it was overpriced. I could have gotten both sides of the house done for that amount, but anyway that was live and learn. If it weren't for my cousin, God only knows what this gutter would have looked like. It was leaking from the get-go, from the very beginning when they finished it. Then they were going to tilt it towards my neighbor. They had put a downspout coming down the side of my house and leaning towards her house and I said, "You can't do that, she is going to get water in her basement." So then they were going to send it this other way and I said, "I'm going to get water in my basement. It'll be like a well down there." It was just a horrible experience with them.

Union roofers showed up quickly the next day after being contacted and provide quick and reliable service.
