True Covenant Mechanicals, LLC

I was looking for local HVAC to trouble shot my mini split that was not producing cool air. True Covenant Mechanicals came up as one of the recommendations. I made an appointment with this business when I received what seems to be an auto response text. The appointment availability were 8am-9am and 2-2:30. I booked the 8am one. I received an email and text confirmation. Next morning, as it was nearing 9am, I reach out to the business. Juan answered and I give details on my appointment and I did not mention Home Advisor, I did not find it necessary, but he right away said something to the effect that some how it was Home Advisor fault that he did not get the appointment notification or something. He said he could not make it out to the appointment and would have to book me for the next morning between 9am-10am. No problem, I understand, I said. Next morning, same thing...it was nearing 10am and I gave a call to Juan again. He picked up, I reminded him of who I was and our conversation, he said he remembered and admitted that he forgot to actually put me down for 9am-10am slot. At this point, I began to doubt his professionalism and even expertise. He said he would come out to me right now. I confirmed my address with him again and he said he put it in the gps and is on his way. Fast forward to 1hr later, 11am, not a sight or call from Juan about his whereabouts. 12pm comes and goes and still no show from Juan. I called him at least 2 times and he never answered my call, compared to before where he would pick up each time. I accepted the disappointment that I felt coming on. I searched for weeks and most business did not have availability or serviced mini splits. I am a born again believer, Juans business name stood out to me and thought it would work out but it did not. This is NOT how a believer should run business. I am surprised by the reviews and even more disappointed, guess I caught him at a bad time. Still no way to treat a customer.

Juan Esquilin was excellent and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was talking about and answered all my questions. He was more than on time, and finished the job completely the he day he arrived. He called me the night I contacted HomeAdvisor. What a great professional.

The did a great job with the work, he had to order the piece and kept letting me know when the piece was coming back . Plus he said he would be back to fix the rest , and he did . Excellent !!!! Excellent work well done .

I think they can do the job

I hired them after my contractor messed up all of the duct work in a property I own. They came in and told me exactly what I would need to do to fix the problem. They were honest and professional. They arrive on time and if they were running late always contacted me ahead of time. They are very knowledgeable and just overall great honest people. It was a big job and they completed everything on time. He even came back to fix a piece on my hot water tank! If you need someone please call them!! I now refer them to any and everyone I know, they will always have business because they run their business the right way!
