They did not follow directions. When I called, they were sarcastic and said they could move it for an additional cost. I had a time line to get done and I had to have it moved.
I was at work and specified what I did so no contact was needed. They came the next day and moved the dumpster to the driveway approximately 30-35 ft and charged me $100.00. I was promised a Saturday pick up. They were a no show. When I called I was told they were busy. They finally came early the following week. I called and left a message for someone to call me back. No one dd.
"We extend our gratitude for your patronage and regret to know that our services were not to your liking. Upon arrival to your work site our driver encountered a car in the driveway (which was NOT specified) where you requested your container to be placed, the driver knocked on the door at the delivery site and got no answer; we made several attempts to contact you via a telephone number you provided to no avail, we were on site for about 20 min. alone trying to contact you, before making the decision to place the dumpster where we felt it would be best, due to the obstruction in the driveway, even noting that there was no other or option without damaging the property, and avoid having to terminate service leaving with the container in tow. We did come back out as per your request the following day to relocate the container to your specific instruction and liking which in no way fit into our route that day, and yes you were charge $100 dollars for the time, trip and labor; which is standard if not nominal especially during the busy season (March through September). As far as your pick up is concerned, no specific time or date is EVER guaranteed, we try our best to retrieve the container within 48 hours or sooner of a customer's request. No message was ever received requesting a call back either, we'd have called back immediately knowing that you were dissatisfied with your services. Every effort was exhausted to ensure that your service exceeded industry standard and that you were satisfied."
