An appointment was made for early morning. The time came and went yet no technician arrived. When we called to inquire about what time we could expect someone, we were told that "they forgot" and would have to reschedule. Another appointment was made for a few days later with an afternoon window (over 3 hours). Yet again, no one showed up. In both cases, no one from Tony's Glass ever called to cancel the appointment or state that they would need to reschedule.

The glass looks fabulous, it was a little expensive for my taste. Also getting them to deliver it was a pain and they don't have late hours to pick it up.

Only took about a week. Very nice to work with and called as expected when ready. Helped me load the car and gave tips on traveling with glass and unloading. Location is a tiny street in Manayunk so just be sure to look at a map and leave time for getting there. Would definitely use them again.
