I love this place! Judy and her team have more knowledge in their collective pinky than the entire staff at the store on Delaware Avenue named after a Jersey shore town. Not to dis the folks on Delaware Avenue, because I've been in there many a time, and they are nice, but Tilerama wins it, hands down.
Patience? These people worked with me for quite some time, and I mean hours, before the selection was nailed down. Not because I didn't know what I wanted, but because there was sooo much to chose from; and it was all in that tiny gem of a store. Curbside, the store doesn't look like much, but I think that's because we've all been brainwashed to think 'the bigger the store, the bigger /better the selection', but what a selection they have.  What was most helpful, I think, was bringing pictures of the type of look I was after. From there Judy guided me through lots of choices, narrowing them down along the way. When we finally had it all together, it was fabulous, for sure.
If I could give Tilerama an A+, I would, but there's no getting around the cost of the three deco tiles. At nearly 50 bucks/each, that was a tough pill to swallow. Although everyone who's seen my bathroom says, 'wow', when they walk in -- even me.

Fast, easy and a nice selection. I was matching old discontinued tile, and they were very helpful.

THEIR SELECTION OF TILES IS GREAT, THERE ARE MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE POLITE, HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THEIR PRODUCTS.
