They were swamped with work and found the time to fit me in and responded quite fast to my residence. He has also done very good work for us on past jobs and fixed problems for us that other contractor quoted us enormous prices on.

Tom and his son were extremely professional. They told me that they wouldn't waste my time looking for the shut-off valve at the curb, and instead thought they could replace the valve (although some water would come into my basement). They also said that there was a one in ten chance that removing the valve would strip the pipe (much better than the 9 in 10 chance the other plumber told me). Everything went splendidly, the removed the valve, let hardly any water into the basement, and repiped the meter and added a new valve. Their expertise saved me from spending thousands of dollars digging up my front yard.

Mike called me back within four hours of my leaving a voice message. Then he called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Work was performed easily. No additional parts were needed. I just think I was overcharged.

First several calls involved leaving messages which were all returned where I explained work which was needed. I learned about the choices of faucet available and was given the suggestion that I purchase the one replacement item. Once this was done I called to scheduled the work. Our appointment was made in reasonable priority since the extreme cold had occurred and others had emergency situations. The day of the appointment Mr. Sullivan arrived as agreed and he completed the agreed work and also gave his opinion on another replacement project. The latter will need to wait until the area has no ice or snow on the surface.

Excellent! I found this company on Angie's List and called for an appointment at 8:30 am one morning. The gentleman who answered said he could be there that afternoon. Within the next half an hour or so I received a call from them that they could come that morning and they were there by 9:30 am. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem (which was not what I originally thought was wrong) and took care of the problem in short order. Our toilet sounds great now.

Tom's son arrived a little late, but performed the work great. He was efficient and knew his plumbing. He was able to quickly remove the old valves and replace with ones he supplied. They charged me the price that was estimated. Seems like the reviews in their profile accurately reflect the quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness of this company. Would use again.

Excellent. Installed a new water heater and water lines and hauled out the old one. Work was careful, no mess left behind from draining the old one out. They have to come through the house to access the basement, but were very careful.

Tom called back very promptly to hear about the plumbing problems, I had. When he came to the house to give me an estimate, he seemed highly knowledgeable and even provided some advice on further plumbing projects, that I could defer until later. The work was performed quickly, cleanly, and I've been entirely satisfied with the results. Tom even called back after the work was performed, to see if everything (after some use) met my standards. Great experience overall and I would definitely call them again.

I called to speak with a 'plumber'. Tom called me back quickly and we spoke for about 20 minutes. I explained what was occurring. He shared his thoughts on where he thought the cap was and how he would address the issue. He was upfront, honest and gave me the information I needed to even fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, we are far out of his service area. He urged me to find a closer plumber so I would not have to pay any travel fees because of the distance. He also gave me information on how to get homeowners insurance coverage if a wall needed to be knocked down. I would have used Tom if he was closer. The information he shared (for free) helped us find a closer reputable plumber.

They were very prompt in giving me an estimate. It was about the same as I got from another company so I went for it. They did a quality job. Very professional. There was a manufacturer's defect with the dryer and they stayed and tried to fix it anyhow.

Tom came out to give me an estimate on the same day that I first called (a Thursday). All of the items on the list were pretty easy, except for the laundry drain pipe. Tom believed that he could fix it without further breaking up the concrete (which we had started) and his estimate was based on not having to dig further. We scheduled the work for following Tuesday. He arrived right on time & completed all of the work in a few hours. However, he did determine that the laundry drain pipe had more damage further down, and would need a bigger fix (break up the concrete and replace the pipe back to the cast iron. He gave us his "best guess" as to what it would cost ($3-400). Couldn't really give a firm estimate because he didn't know what he would find. We scheduled him to come back that Friday to do the job. He came on Friday, right on time & completed the work in just a couple hours & charged us on the low end of his "best guess." We are very pleased with the work done & price charged.

Company couldn't provide a narrow window for arrival. They only specified sometime in late afternoon. However, the repairman did state that Abington is normally outside for their working area. Since he lived near Abington, this was his last stop on the way home. He gave a free estimate before performing the work. An estimate was not given over the phone because the symptom was a leak from the ceiling beneath the bathroom. I feel the work was performed adequately and for a fair price.

They were very helpful in explaining where the leak was coming from and what they were doing to fix it. They were also nice enough to answer other questions about the gas line to the oven and give advice on how to fix the ceiling damage from the leak.

I called and left a message describing the work I needed, and Tom Sullivan called me back in just a few hours. He asked me what days/times I would be available and said he would call as soon as someone could come out. The next morning, he called and one of his sons came out and did the work. He was extremely careful and had to do a fair amount of moving water lines, cutting through the wall and floor to make the vanity fit flush and secure. He involved me in all aesthetic decisions and moved things around in alternate positions to allow me to see how things fit in the bathroom and make decisions. Cleaned up the entire work site, and because he had to remove some molding (with my permission) to fit the vanity, he gave me the name and number of a carpenter he's worked with to help repair the molding cleanly rather than tack it on himself.

Excellent. The plumber came out and got right to business. He was quiet, but extremely polite. They were able to come out two days after I made the initial call and were able to give an accurate estimate over the phone. The whole job took about an hour and a half from when he got to my house to when he walked out the door.

Mr. Sullivan came out right away since we had to turn off all water to the house to stop the leak. He replaced the shut-off valve and installed my new laundry sink. He did a great job.
