Hi, my name is Karley and I am the proud owner of The Healthy You Wellness Company! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach through the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition and hold a Bachelor's Degree From The Pennsylvania State University. I also hold specialization certifications in stretching and flexibility and senior fitness coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a gut health specialization certification through The Institute Of Integrative Nutrition. I provide the highest quality personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching services using a variety of proven techniques. As a Certified Nutrition Health Coach, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with multiple specializations, I am fully equipped to guide you through your unique journey to becoming the healthiest version of YOU! I believe that health looks different for everyone. What works for one person may not work for someone else. That is why I take an individualized approach to wellness coaching.
