Absolutely ? perfect. My crew of three were outstanding.

Terrible experience. Be aware of this company the worst experience that I ever had they completely destroyed everything that I have over $7,000 damage I’m high recommend to stay away from them.

It went good and it was fine. They were clean, efficient, and they were great.

This company provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Moving is a stressful experience but they made it worry free from start to finish. The men were very professional and thorough. They paid careful attention to my belongings and took great pride in their work. I would definately hire them again.

I called couple weeks before and spoke with owner (Mark) who told me Friday June 21 was available. the move was scheduled for that day apprx 8- 9AM. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating over the phone. On the day of my move, however, he called @ 9 to tell me the truck broke down enroute to my house. It was being towed and mechanic was hours away. He was upset as it was a new truck etc... said he had called all over asking to borrow one for my job but was unsuccessful. Would I be able to move on Saturday? I was not happy and said I needed to move that day. The new owners were coming in that evening. He was insistent that he had exhausted all options and begged me to put off move until Saturday. When new owner was agreeable I called Mark back asking what savings he would give me for this change. He offered me free boxes but as I was already packed waiting for them that was a ridiculous offer. He cut $1 from the hourly charge he quoted me initially. The next day the truck showed as expected. The crew was courteous and worked quickly. At our destination I had an opportunity to speak with 2 of the crew while the boss finished assembling a bed. It was then I heard about Friday being a mess because multiple drivers and trucks were sent on a long distance move which required several moves to be rescheduled last minute including mine. There was no truck that broke down. I was lied to and at the mercy of the greedy company owner. I would never recommend this dishonest company

Every step of the process went smoothly, efficiently, and with respect for details. The crew was polite and hard working. We were very grateful that this task was made with ease and confidence.

I have been using Superior Moving and Storage In Philly, since 1992. I have moved over the years, 5 times and every time, the workers were courteous, and respectful. Everything was wrapped and handled with such care. I never had to worry, when using this company. I also asked for Superior to do a move from Philly to Virginia. My mother said, she remembers the owner being so Meticulous to Detail and that she wouldn't have to worry. Why look elsewhere, when, you can't improve on Perfection. Highly Recommend.

The Best!!! After being stood up by another mover on the day that I was to move (they arrived with the wrong size truck and then cancelled at 4:30pm) - I found myself calling around for a mover at the last minute and I had to be out of the two level apartment house by close of business the next day. It was difficult, frustrating and embarrassing calling around and asking movers if they could pack up and move a fully furnished home within less than 24 hours...no one could do it - AND THEN I REACHED SUPERIOR MOVERS!  Superior Movers restored my faith in movers and my peace of mind was restored when they said they would be there at 6:30am the next morning. They arrived early, worked with excellence and were highly conscious of time as they worked speedily and with care to pack and move my home - THEY WERE TRULY AND IMPRESSIVELY AWESOME!!!  I've recommended them to others and they were equally impressed and pleased.  Most of all, they are A+ Rated with the BBB - and yes, I would trust them with moving my personal and lifelong possessions again! 

These guys were fantastic. They moved everything out as efficiently as possible and helped us get set up again at the new location. Every one of the men on this job worked non-stop, all day long. They did an amazing job. I would certainly use them again.

In my experience, Superior lived up to its name. Kevin Sr. and Jr. were professional, punctual and courteous. They did their best to ensure that my property was handled with care. Not only do I recommend this company. I plan to hire them again.

I am so grateful for the work Superior Moving did for me. Moving is stressful and I was able to regain some peace of mind working with this team. They were polite, efficient, and they treated my possessions with more care than I do. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was the worst move out of 4 moves that I have made in the last 35 years. They ruined a queen box spring trying to force it down a set of steps in the house. One of the movers took a saw to the frame to try to get it to bend so he could get it down the steps. He ruined a 3 month old queen size box spring along with the frame. He also damaged the ceiling and stair railing going down the steps. All the boxes were marked as to what would go into the house and what would go into storage.A love seat setee in the house that should have been put into storage. They subsequently left at least 15 boxes in the house that should have been in the storage unit. One of the movers actually asked me to drive across the highway to get cigarettes for him. My mistake for being a nice guy because when I came back they were so quickly done and ready to close the storage unit so they could get to the house. My wife and I both had medical issues. I was two weeks out of knee surgery. After they left and we started to take an accounting of what was in the house we discovered all the things that should have been in storage. I called and spoke to someone at the office that night about 7 pm and they said they would relay the message to the appropriate people. I had paid them over 900 dollars and tipped the three movers quite well. Four days later no one called. At that point I put a stop on the check figuring that would get someones attention. One week after stopping the check which was almost two weeks after the move did I receive a response. They offered to take the items to the storage but after not hearing anything for the first week, my wife and I had to move the items ourselves. My wife with a heart condition and I ending up damaging everything that was repaired in my surgery to my knee. I would not ever let them come to my house and never give their name to anyone.They have very nicely been calling to offer help which is way to late and would like to come to an agreement about what they think I should pay. After speaking to my lawyer we are determining how much they should pay us for pain and suffering and the damage they have caused to my surgically repaired knee because I damaged it carrying things over that they should have done.

I have a family member in the moving business, but out of state, so I know what to ask and look for in a moving company. The owner, Mark, is a professional business man, and he follows-through on what he promises. My daughter recommended Superior because she and her husband were pleased with their movers and services. Superior moved me twice in four years, and in both cases the cost was reasonable and the movers were competent. My most recent move was a bit complicated in that the movers made three stops to move everything out of storage, and from my temporary apartment to my new residence. The movers were patient, careful, and yet efficient with how they packed and moved a couple of fragile antique and glass pieces. I'm a tough customer in that I expect really good customer service, and I was never disappointed with this company. I'd recommend Superior to anyone who plans to move or needs a storage facility!

While the quality of the services performed themselves was excellent and the individual movers (George and his crew) were courteous, accommodating and very helpful, I had issues with management. The move was initially scheduled for between 7:00-7:30 AM, this was confirmed via phone call the day before. At approximately 7:45, no one from Superior had arrived so I called them to inquire. I was placed on hold and then told that someone was on their way. At 8:45, I was still waiting so I called Superior again, I was connected to Rob, the owner, who told me that they had an issue with the initial truck they were going to use so they were scrambling to get another truck but he was sending another crew my way. At 9:30, I received a call from Superior saying that they called that crew back to send me their "best long distance crew" since I was moving across state to Pittsburgh and that they were in route about a half hour away. At 10:30, I called Superior again to ask for an update and was told that the crew was "about 15 minutes away." The crew showed up around 11:00 AM. George and his 2 associates were very apologetic and cordial and worked quickly to load up the truck and get on their way across the state. I had initially scheduled the move early because I had to drive to my new residence to sign the lease and acquire keys and I wanted to begin the moving process early. Because of these delays, I was unable to arrive in my new home until closer to 4 PM with George arriving shortly behind me by 5 PM. Before the crew arrived, I was told to call the main office to settle the bill since the office closed at 5 and there would be no one to run my credit card. This was after I was initially told that payment would not be required until after all of my inventory was here and moved into my new place. I attempted to negotiate a lower rate because of the crew's lateness but I was only able to get the 4% credit card processing fee waived. I asked for an e-mail receipt when this transaction was completed but did not receive one. When George and his crew arrived, they again were very quick, cordial, and very professional in taking care of everything I needed. Overall, I have ZERO complaints with George and his crew and the job they did packing and moving my things. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from Superior regarding their lateness and issues they were having getting a crew to me. Aside from one phone call at 9:30, I had to call them to get any update at all as to why they were late. It just seemed to me like there was no effort to keep me updated and no one ever forwarded me personal contact information to keep in touch with my crew or the supervisor(s) directly. Poor customer service and accommodation by management but I could not have asked for a better crew to move me and take good care of my materials. Had they been on time or taken the extra effort to call me and update me on issues they were having and compensate me for my lost time, an A rating would be a no-brainer.

It couldn’t have gone better! As everyone was leaving town for the last weekend of the summer, a team of four men showed up with smiles & strength to save the day. From my first phone call to Superior until the final box was moved into storage my experience was first-rate. The men were careful in my clients’ home, professional, polite and willing to go above and beyond at every turn. I have a small business (home-staging, interior re-design and down-sizing) and Superior Moving will be my go-to company! Thanks to Tbone & the team of fine young men who worked so hard to make this move a tremendous success!

The moving team and owner were great! They were prompt, professional, took great care with our furniture, etc, and worked diligently to get the job done. The moving team (Greg, Jordan & Bob) could not have been any nicer. The owner (Mark) called me personally to understand the details of our move in order to ensure the move went smoothly, and the price was more than fair. I would definitely hire Superior Moving Co (Philadelphia) again and highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with this company. To be honest, I was nervous about hiring a moving company. I have heard so many horror stories and I had never used a mover before. I submitted a project request through Angie's List and a notification was sent to 4 moving companies. One responded that they did not have availability for my move date and two of them never even contacted me. Then I received a call from Mark who is the owner of Superior Moving and Storage. He was so nice and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was thorough and asked a lot of questions as to what we had to move. He gave me the rates and recommended a 4 person crew to get the job done as quickly as possible. He gave me a ball park estimate of what he thought it would cost and it seemed like a fair price. We decided to hire them based on initial first impression, the price, and the fact that we had a tight turnaround time. The movers arrived on moving day. They ended arriving an hour later than estimated, but I was honestly fine with that since we were still packing up some last minute things. They also called me in advance to let me know of the delay which was helpful. The crew which was lead by T-Bone was the absolute best. These guys could not have been nicer, more polite, or more accommodating. And they handled our belongs with care. We were planning on having them just move the bigger items, but when there was still room on the truck they were asking us what else they could move for us. Things that we thought would be a huge hassle to move, they moved with ease. Nothing frazzled them and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. These guys were top notch and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
