The scheduling was easy. They called to confirm the day before as promised and then again when they were a few minutes out. Our window was 10-12 and the crew got started at 10:19. We had 3 movers, all were really nice as well as helpful. They even thanked my 8 yr. old for "helping" when she insisted on carrying a few of her small items to the truck. I think she just wanted to feel involved lol. They were great and moved quickly. They even wrapped a few crates and laundry baskets that had open tops so that they could load those even though I wasn't expecting that. I thought they would probably only load closed boxes as I have experienced with prior moves. In the end they moved almost every single thing in our condo and even provided wardrobe boxes for our clothes and then moved them too. All in all, it took until 1:40 to get everything loaded which was 3.5 hours. Not too shabby at all. Bottom line: We were both pleased with every detail of our experience as we received everything in great condition. These guys are the best I have ever used in international moves, and I've moved about four times in the past seven years. Chris and his team, came over an hour early to ensure we had enough time to move my two bedroom apartment from Philadelphia to France. I had greatly underestimated the amount of boxes I had packed and had loose ends all over the apartment - they said no problem and took care of everything right away. I'm not sure how I've accumulated so many belongings but they didn't judge, they just got to work. What would have taken me two weeks to do on my own, took them a total of 5 hours. That includes packing up everything I own super carefully and FAST AS H*** and shipping it into my new 6th floor apartment in France. While there was an elevator, some things did have to be taken by the stairs. I'm just still in awe of how they do what they do, and they do it so well. The initial quote stayed as-is and I made sure by showing my gratitude by making sure they were tipped good, because it was well deserved. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys to anyone. If you want your move to be as stress free as possible, do yourself a favor and go with Sunset international shipping. I don't plan on moving again EVER, as we so often tell ourselves, but thanks to the reassurance from these guys, I know then when I do move I will be using them.
