Looking back at the entire experience; I don't believe the salesman was honest actually he was a bit deceitful not being up front about the 5yr contract. Also, as a new customer., I was not offered all the special product offerings provided to new customers. The technician was very good and I believe he made up for the sales man. However, I have had the alarm setup for 2 weeks and already have had two service calls.
