It went A+++. They tiled my very crappy, crumbling bath. They checked the floor underneath the tub, fixed the plaster on the wall behind the tub, beautifully tiled the bath, fixed some plaster problems in other parts of the bathroom, and the bathroom now looks 100% better at a very reasonable price and 1/3 of what Bathfitters was going to cost. They also installed water valves that were missing and just charged me for the valves. Second generation bathroom remodeler. Great work, great problem solving, responsive, prompt, professional, respectful of and communicative with women. Can't recommend them highly enough. I'm now looking around my house for other repairs I can hire them to do.
