Sewer Solutions Incorporated

Everything went well. I found out about Sewer Solution from another plumber I found on Angie List. This plumber explained to me that he does not work in the city of Philadelphia and gave my number to Skip who is the owner and operator of Sewer Solution. Skip contacted me within 30 minutes and explained what services his company provides, I told him that after having a top name plumbing / sewer service snake out the drain the tenant called and said it was was and sewage coming out the pipe in the garage again. Skip knows of the previous company I used and asked me did they put a camera in the pipe before and after they snaked the drain and I told him no they did not. Skip came out the following night, the first thing he did was fish his camera up the drain from the curb trap. The pipe was clean for the first 40 feet, that's when we saw there was a clog on the inside of the house on the cast iron portion of the pipe. He closed up the curb trap and snaked it out from the drain pipe opening in the garage, after using several heads on the snake. He removed the clog and a calcium build up on the pipe the was contributing to the initial clogged. He had the tenants on the 2nd floor turn on the their shower, then he snaked his camera down the pipe and I could see the clog was gone along with the calcium rock that was on the side of the pipe. After having this drain pipe snaked about 4 times in the last 10 years this is the first time I could see in the pipe from the main drain in the garage all the way to the curb trap at the street. I let the shower and the deep sink run for 30 min while he put his tools away and everything was great. I can sleep at night again knowing my repairs went from thousands of dollars to 150.00 because the previous company told I needed all new drain pipes. Skip explained that his company is not a plumbing company, it's a sewer company. That's all they do, there is know way you can snake a main drain and not use a camera system. Happy tenants = happy landlord.
