scrub! Residential Cleaning

Warren and team are great. Honest, trustworthy and detailed.  It's great walking into a freshly cleaned house after work.  They are consistent and also great with my little dog Chloe.  Happy I found them on Angie's List!

Warren and the scrub! team were absolutely phenomenal.  After reading rave reviews and asking a co-worker who used their services, we decided to try them on a monthly basis.  Our expectations were blown away by the level of service provided.  Our home has never sparkled more and we decided to increase the service to twice a month.  I highly recommend scrub with an A+

I have used them since 2008. They clean a 4,000 square foot home. The service is excellent. They use environmentally friendly products. They are thorough, nice to work with, and they are very trustworthy. They will even put change out where you can see it if they find it. They are a local company.

Friendly, efficient and very thorough at all times. We are very pleased with how clean and tidy our house is every tIme Warren and crew visit our home. Unlike many cleaning companies we have the same crew each clean which ensures consistency. They are pet friendly (we have two cats) and are very happy to accommodate requests for special attention such as cleaning the fridge or kitchen cupboards. As we are rarely at home when they clean our house, it is reassuring to know that Warren will always call with any questions or concerns or even if they just want to check something. We are very happy to trust them in coming into our home when we are not there.

The service from this company was outstanding. I set up an appointment
for a 1 time cleaning 2 days prior, and they were able to accomodate me
on short notice. They gave me an estimate of the cost of the phone,
which was quite reasonable for the given number of rooms I have. The 3
ladies of the team were very courteous and were very thorough in
cleaning my place (which is a condo), such that my place looks like new. I will likely use
them again when it comes time for another spring cleaning (if not
sooner).

We had a standard bi-weekly cleaning done. There was a crew of 3 cleaners. They did a GREAT quick job and are good with animals. They did a really good job with my hardwood floors. Also - they bring all their own cleaning supplies.

I've been using Scrub Cleaning for twice monthly cleanings for the past few months.  They do a great job!

I am very pleased with Scrub cleaners. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday. My mother who was visiting for the weekend did not have a single word to say about my housekeeping. A team of three women arrived on time and prompty got to work tiding up my condo. I had to rush back to work before they were done but they did a lovely job. I hate scrubbing the shower stall and now I don't have to!

I hired Scrub before my first baby was born, b/c I needed a little help with house cleaning, specifically scrubbing.  Warren answered my email quickly and started immediately.  I work from home and have a rambunctious dog and Warren and his Team cleaned around both of us with ease.

We found Scrub through Angie's list following the end of a prior relationship with a cleaning service for two years that was no longer effective.  We were in search of an agency that would consistently remember to bring their copies of our housekey, not have staffing issues and send consistent staff every time, so that new staf did not have to get oriented to our house as being brand new to it, each an every visit, making it vunerable to missing things, taking way longer than it would with routine staff and then rushing out, leaving things missed, in order to get to the next job.  

The first thing we liked, was Scrub's website;it provided information right away that we were looking for--the areas of cleaning and a statement indicating that they pay their staff fair wages and take taxes out of their pay, indicating that that their staff is full-time and not vulnerable to switching--they also do not charge the client tax, unlike our prior service. The owner of Scrub, Warren Weiss responded promptly to our email inquiry and was out for a free in-home consultation that week.  Warren informed us that he has two full-time staff and he and his crew ---all three of them! come out do the the job , each and every time--three people (includng the owner himself), all coming out...and with all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies for LESS than we were paying to the former agency--plus, Warren included EVERY room and EVERY bathroom for the whole house--and ceailing fan cleaning. His supplies include industrial vacuums and green friendly cleaning supplies--clorox's greenworks--powerful and environemntally friendly and murphey's products as well.  Warren himself, is a real mench--has a substantial background with cleaning and is incredibly systematic...his procedure of beginning up top and finishing on ground floor, helped attack cobwebs from our higher floors with no residue on our lower levels. The cleaning itself had some real elbow grease behind it--it was obvious a process occured of thorough dusting and vacuuming prior to heavy scrubbing, finished off with the perfect balance of returning things to their place while still showing evidence that they had been thoroughly cleaned and very neatly returned.
We are using Scrub every other week and it provides us with great comfort to have had a genuine connection with Warren, who will be in our home, un-attended on a regular basis.  Scrub provided us with amazing service today...first time using them...we greatly look forward to continuing with this level of service for such a reasonable rate, with their own supplies (which are better than ours and cheaper for us than needing to buy them so often) and a crew of three people.and such great quality of work.
