Hired and setup for a flat roof in March, understanding we had a rainy spring but it took them until the end of May to finally show up and that's after I was told twice they would be there on perfectly nice days and no showed and no called.

"Carol, we do everything in the order that it came in and we had a very rainy spring. When we start a job, we are there till it is finished. Sometimes I feel backed into a corner about providing dates for people when I know I can't promise anything (when it comes to when it is getting done) until the night before. My apologizes! Its my job to do the scheduling and I don't want to misinform!"

Roof Gurus were very professional in making the estimate and completing the work. Only two things prevent me from giving them five full stars: the night before, the shingles were delivered to the wrong address on our street. In the morning, the crew was at a loss. We happened to see the shingles in front of another house up the street. Secondly, though we were told no sub-contractors, a compay from New Jersey installed the roof.

You have to stay on them about sending you documentation (final receipt, invoice, pictures of their work). They did a very good job, but I need written proof of it being done and had to ask multiple times.

They did a fantastic job, professional, neat, stayed on the job until completed. They were however slow in contacting me while waiting for weather conditions to support the installation of the new rubber roof, I’m waiting for pictures of the completed roof they promised to send to me.
