The guys who were here did an excellent job and worked out some difficult stuff that requires great ingenuity. Very nice men, Mike and Zach. Plus cleaned up everythong after and even helped me put some things away. Very thorough and efficient. Aimed to please. Kudos to Roof Gurus on a job well done. Also came as scheduled No waiting or rescheduling.

The guy that came out and gave the estimate was very professional, considerate and friendly. Showed me pictures of exactly what had to be repaired. The guys that made the repairs were also professional and friendly and made sure to clean up after themselves. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

The company took a deposit and started the work but when questioned about the work the workers left, came back the next day dissemble the work they had started, did not refund my deposit and I never heard from them again. I got another company to complete the work. I would allow rain to come through my roof and catch the water in buckets before I would ever allow that company to any work for me.

Assessed and correctly determined the problem. Installing a new and wider type of gutter corrected the problem. Timely and tidy. Theresa in PhPhiladelphia

Very quick on follow up and communication was great.

Spent $550 on gutter repair, but after two visits they said I'd need a roofer to replace 5 rows of shingles. Had a roofer come out who only had to fix some flashing for $190. Problem solved. The guys were nice, their customer service was excellent, but I paid quite a bit of money essentially to be told to hire someone else.

Prompt and courteous response. Called if there was going to be any delay. Nick walked the site to assess what was needed, did not rush me, or hard sell, and answered all my questions/concerns. He demonstrated the product and helped with color selection, as well as determining which sections of gutter needed replacement. Workers were courteous, thorough, and cleaned up. They even cut back tree branches where necessary. Price was in line with local contractors and better than most and results are very satisfactory. This company does not try to bamboozle older people!!! Highly recommend this company. They also do roofs and siding, I found out.

The Gutter Gurus were, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves, and left me with nothing but a stellar gutter system. They even fastened a couple of pieces of siding, going above and beyond.

I needed half round gutters, so they needed to be ordered (not standard k-style). No problem there, but it took a while. I had to call for updates. Would prefer them to call me or even easier send text/email with updates. That's the only reason for dinging them .5 off of a 5. Quality was great.

They showed up to do job and worked without loud noises nor did they disturbed us. Finished quickly

They were able to help me get a job done quickly and seems like all the leaks are totally sealed after the rain today. There were a couple bumps with billing and scheduling, but they were able to work all of them out and get here sooner than we thought. Great guys to work with.

I found gutter gurus on the best pick report for 1917 and owner Nick was great to deal with. I will be sure to call him back in the near future for some more work.
