They are a bit pricy but good work

Initially, they appeared to be a legitimate company providing a service to the consumer. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable. the workmanship is very poor and the customer service level is very, very low. They are a company that likes to play fingers but not willing to resolve the consumer's complaint when the consumer is dissatisfied. I would suggest to not to be in the position to take advantage of consumers by an excellent price to get their business but to mislead them and do a poor job.

Speedy service, a little expensive.

The job was completed in a timely manner. Crew took pride in their work. Price was fair.

I got 3 quotes for this job with 3 different approaches to solving the problem. Tom spent extra time to understand my concerns and his solution made the most sense to me which is why I chose Roof Gurus. Ron and Sean arrived to do the work and completed part of the job and plan to return to finish the job. They were professional, experienced, and considerate and I am completely satisfied with their work. I look forward to their return to finish the project.

They examined the roof with a drone and you could see what the drone saw.

Excellent service. The terrible storm we had last night (4/7/22) passed the test. No leak in my guest room. After they replaced my entire roof. They cleaned up afterwards and my brand new roof looks fantastic. My husband and I gave them a tip. We’ll deserved. We appreciate your service and professionalism. Thank, you so much!!!!

Excellent work and very fast!

They did not let me know when they were showing up so that I could go over what needed to be done. They repaired the roof but did not do anything about the facing. I wanted to look at the roof to see if any additional repairs were needed, and there are places that look like they need to be sealed. The coating looks spotty. They left a brush glued to the roof and did not do a thorough clean-up. I emailed the issues to them, and they never responded.
