Came out pretty well but they forgot to close up the mail slot and mail came in, ruining the wet finished. Getting that spot done was a huge pain but they put us up in a hotel and paid all those costs and were super professional about it. Very trustworthy.

Can't say enough good things about Bob and his crew. They did an excellent job. Bob is very dedicated to making sure the job is done right and he took extra time and care to see that all the details were covered before he left. Bob and his crew were even friendly with our dog and cats and were extra careful to make sure the pets didn't run out the door while the crew were bringing tools and materials in and out of the house. On top of that, the price was the lowest of the three estimates we obtained. I strongly recommend these folks if you want a friendly and reliable neighborhood and quot;mom and popand quot; service that really cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

They performed on time with a very good product. I had to interact with them several times during the process, including at 6:00 one Friday night when the neighbors complained about the polyurethane odor. The contractor volunteered to leave home and deal with the issue - which he did.
I'm uncertain about my evaluation on the price. Their price for the carpet was significantly lower than a competitor, but I didn't get completing prices on the refinishing.
