They were extremely accommodating. I needed the job done quickly and even tho they were booked, the sales rep hooked me up with a different installer, and then met them at the store when they were closed so the installer could get the material in time. They certainly go the extra mile!

I called Nick and he was able to come out the next day for an evaluation. We paid for half and his workers came out in two days. Workers were clean, competent and fast. I wasn't able to be there when they worked, but they were very nice to my mother-in- law.

They were on time, went way beyond call of duty, they were courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have wall-to-wall Berber carpeting in our living and dining room.   I now know that Berber can pull - thanks to the vacuum suction.
Harry was punctual and did a great job.  He explained what he was doing and it was interesting to watch the process.
The new carpet repair is a little lighter (we expected that - the carpet is about 5 years old) but virtually undetectable otherwise.

Perfect from the beginning to the end.

Our entire experience with Reinhart Carpet Outlet was amazing.  We were getting new carpet on our stairs in preparation for putting our house on market.  Every person we encountered from Reinharts was professional and friendly.  The initial salesman in the store helped me pick out a berber to closely match our pre-existing carpet and schedule an estimate in a timely fashion.  The man who came for the estimate gave us multiple costs depending on how much we wanted to do (only stairs vs. stairs + hall vs. stairs + hall + bedrooms).  What impressed us most was how hard working the folks who came to do the installation were!  Two men (I forget their names) came, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet, working so efficiently and quickly that they really worked up a sweat.  As my husband put it: "they are really busting it out!"  They were polite and careful, and didn't miss a beat when my toddlers came home and needed to get up the stairs.  We were very pleased with the quality of their work and have been enjoying our new carpet ever since.
This was the second time I had used their services and I'm sure to use them again in the future.

Reinhart did a great job accommodating us with a last minute request as we had someone moving in within the week. Shane was great to work with selecting the best and cost effective carpet fort the downstairs area. The team was very professional and punctual. They were done in a few hours and it looks good. Plan to definitely use again.

Sales associate was VERY helpful and courteous.  Was able to set up an installation within a few days, so I could get the carpet in before movers arrived with my furniture.  He understood that I was on a tight budget, and helped me pick something durable yet cheap.  He gave me some good suggestions on what kind of carpet pad to get, that would be economical but worth my investment.  Was able to immediately come to my house and take a detailed estimate, which was spot-on -- I was impressed with his drafting skills, and how he took extra care to make the slight stripe of the carpet flow nicely from room to room.  He also let me know that I could save almost $500 by removing my old carpet myself, and he showed me step-by-step how to do so, including tips on disposing of the remnants (cut it in strips, roll it into tubes, secure it with duct tape, set out a few rolls per week for the trash collection).
After removing the old carpet myself, I discovered a number of very creaky/loose floorboards, and one with a rather large hole.  When the carpet installer came, he was also EXTREMELY helpful, walking through each room with me and using his drill to secure each loose board and the patch the hole -- definitely above and beyond his duties.  They also didn't charge me to move my large bed, the only piece of furniture I had around.  They cleaned up after themselves really well -- no dust or fragments left anywhere for me to vacuum.  The quality of the installation was a little lacking, though; some of the seams are not spectacular, and they had a little trouble some of the awkwardly-angled rooms.  I might have gotten a slightly prettier job from a big-name outlet, but I was so pleased with Reinhart's service, and their willingness to help me on my tight budget.
