+ -1 moreThe rep came out and told me, that my floor was spongy and couldn't do anything, but charged me $94 for a service call. I had another company come in and it was just the risers on the washing machine, that needed to be adjusted. I would give them another chance, just not with the same serviceman.
Description of Work: I've dealt with them before and had really good service, but the last time was no good.

+ -1 moreThey were quick to make an appointment to fix the dishwasher, and the guy was here for a 1/2 hour and had it fixed. However, I felt the price was expensive. I had an estimate from someone else who wasn't available as quickly as being around $67, $190 was about 1/2 the cost of the dishwasher itself, which I bought almost 2 years ago.
Description of Work: Replaced fill valve in dishwasher to stop it from leaking. I found this company as someone who was licensed to service Whirlpool dishwashers.
