Horrible job. Made a mess on my concrete patio. Cement falling out of the bricks already. Missed a lot of bad areas that needed to be pointed.

We had our awnings taken down and lintels replaced, concrete and brick pointing patch work, also resealed the foundation. Ray was knowledgeable and professional during the consultation, and answered all of my questions. Him and his workers were on time and finished within their projected time frame. The guys were super nice and they cleaned up when they were done.

Gave a fair estimate, took the time to explain things we didn't understand, kept in constant communication and did a great job. Would absolutely hire them again. It's hard to find good workers in Philly, but if you need some masonry work done, this is the company to do it.

The cement job was great. However, the wood replacement was not good at all... there are spaces where squirrels can manipulate and make it big enough to get through. The left side of the wood is starting to deteriorate. I thought they were supposed to do the whole thing. Instead, he did half. The contractor informed me that he does not know too much about the wood. He usually does cement work. They did give me back $150.00 but I would rather have the work done correctly.

That they were very professional and cleaned up everything after job was completed! I would recommend them to everyone!

I hired Q&S to shore up my foundation, chimney, and other concrete work around my house. Pat was thorough in explaining the whole process and easy to get in touch with when I had questions. The quality of the work is great and the crew clean up every day. I look forward to working with Q&S on future projects, highly recommended.

Due to weather issues we were delayed a couple times but when they arrived they were professional did great work and still have to finish the last part again due to weather. Certainly would hire them again to do more of the same work. I liked that they explained everything they would do where as the others not so much.

I hired Q&S to do some repointing and waterproofing on the front of my house. The owner Ray came to give me the estimate, he arrived early and was very clear in his explanations. When the team arrived to do the work, the did exactly as was described. The few times they needed to walk through my house to get to the backyard, they were very respectful of tracking stuff in and of the fact that i was on the phone for work. Repointing creates alot of dust, I appreciated that in addition to my house, they hosed down the cars parked in front of my house as well as my neighbor's steps and windows which had gotten quite dusty. The repointing did not fix my leaking issue and they have been very accommodating in coming back and doing repeated water tests to try and find the source of the leak. I have already recommended this company to a neighbor and if I need any other brick/stucco related repairs I would def call them agian.
