Al was very nice. Overall the customer service received from this company was excellent. Which is why we chose them. Al came to our house for the quote, and came a total of three times to perform all of the work. Was able to start the work quickly, which was important because we had to have the repairs done on a schedule. Due to a problem with our insurance company. Each time, a company representative called to let us know when they would be there. They were very flexible with our schedules. Only complaint is it took longer than anticipated.
