I have been using this place for over 30 years. The owner, Larry, is a kind compassionate person. They have never failed me.

I just had to call back several times to talk to the vet over a couple days.

Philadelphia Animal Hospital & Dr. Chapman are the best! My 20-year-old cat had stopped eating and drinking - no matter what smelly foods I tempted her with she wasn't interested. I knew that I had to make that decision that every pet parent dreads - putting a furbaby to sleep. I did not want her to suffer, so I made that decision. Dr. Chapman and the whole staff was so kind and understanding of the situation I was in. Dr. Chapman handled my Sophie so gently and she was totally sound asleep when she passed. They allowed me to spend as much time with her as I wanted - no one was rushing me out of the room. They handled

I've been using Philadelphia Animal Hospital for a few years - this hospital is awesome! I switch to PAH after 30+ years at another hospital. I've been dealing with Dr. Chapman for my cats and I love his knowledge, calm demeanor and approach to my babies. The entire staff is warm and friendly. Their services are top-notch - they have a very high standard of care. I am in the medical profession, so I pay attention to the 'how and why' treatment and care is given. You aren't waiting forever to be seen and your appointments are never rushed. Their exam fees and vaccines are extremely reasonable. Oh, the office is immaculate, too. I've met and spoken with the owner, Dr. Rebbecchi, several times in passing and he is a man who cares about animals and wants to give his clients the best service possible. Making this move to PAH is the best decision I could make for me and my furkids.

We have been going to them for about 5 years. We are very satisfied and the rates are reasonable. The doctors are great. We have been to 4-5 vets and they are the ones we have stayed with the longest. The cost included the anaesthesia, the surgery and antibiotic.

I thought they did a very good job and it was easy to schedule. When we got her back she was fine. I've been to the office many times, so I know the office is friendly and I think the veterinarians there are very competent. They allow you to drop them off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, which is convenient. It's a good all around veterinary practice. They have really convenient hours and are open 7 days a week. Sometimes it is a little bit hard to get an appointment on the weekends, but nevertheless it's very nice to be able to have that option. It's easy to park there and they have a nice parking lot. It's easy to get to and usually the wait times are not too long. They have a walk-in service, so if it's an emergency you could walk-in. You might have to wait awhile, but you can go right in. I have a lot of animals and they're reasonably priced.

Arrived and waited briefly. Went it to see the doctor. Because I made the appointment with Dr. Rebecci who is my vet, there are other vets at this practice who also are very good. Dr. Rebecci is great with the animals, he is gentle with them and he explains everything to you.

We picked them up Tuesday. Everything appeared ok but Thursday night something did not seem right. One of the kittens seemed very ill. We called and we could not get an appt until Friday late afternoon. By the time we gor the kitten there he he wasn't really moving. It appears that he picked up a virus when he was neutered. He unfortunately died early Saturday morning from panleukopenia. Someone probably did not wash their hands. My sister is devastated. Just a side note. Last October I had my cat there and they told me she had mouth cancer and would be dead by Thanksgiving. She's alive and kicking. I took her to Stoney Creek Vets and they did the correct diagnosis - bone infection.

Dr Rebbecchi has always been kind and considerate...he cares about the animals. His staff has always been very accomating to me..

They bring in an Orthopedic vet who does this type of surgery. The first date we were given two other people backed out and our surgery had to be cancelled and scheduled for another date because the Orthopedic vet did not want to come in just for one surgery. The date of surgery was 11 June 2010. The surgery went well, and the office staff had no problem filling out our insurance forms to we could be re embursed for the surgery. Two weeks later, stitches were removed. Chi Chi is doing fine and still on limited activity.

It is very clean and they are very professional, but they are also personable and they do seem to care about the animals. When our cat got diagnosed with diabetes it took a while to find what kind of insulin to give him, so they did a couple of blood tests for free just to figure out what the problem was.
