They have been good. We haven't had any problems since we have been using them. We have been with them for 25 years. The son owns it now.

For 13 years I have patiently put up with many different technicians, which you might expect in this business. I even put up with a technician who after 2 minutes of spraying my home, would trap me in a conversation for up to 45 minutes! I never made a complaint. However, when every monthly service call involves a new technician, I feel obliged to give a "house tour", inside and out, so that they know exactly where and where not to spray, as I have a large house and yard. More importantly, I have 3 small children and 5 cats, so I am concerned about undue poison exposure.
After 13 years of mediocre service, during which I have asked for no favors and paid the bills promptly, I made 2 simple requests to management. After being sick of giving the "house tour" to unknown technicians, I kindly requested the same technician be sent every month. They actually argued with me as if this is an unreasonable request to make. I then ask that they spray my two, easily accessed and clean concrete crawl spaces, as I am finding bugs entering our living spaces from these locations. Truly, they should have been spraying these areas all along. When in the past, I would suggest to a technician to try this, they would act as if it was an inconvenience for them and would shoot the spray quickly and carelessly through the opening. When I finally made this request to management they acted like I was asking them to make dinner! They demanded more money for this request of 30 seconds of having to bend down and possibly dirty their knees! They should have been servicing this area all along as the location of our ants seemed to puzzle them. I never would have expected that they would give me such a hard time! It was shocking.
I told them that I would not pay more money as this should have been included all along especially since my ant problem persisted. They insisted on additional payment and I fired them. So, as a loyal, patient, reasonable and paying customer of 13 years, I was really disappointed and frankly shocked that they had no care for me as a customer.

Two days later the problem was resolved, NO MORE SQUIRRELS!!

Fabulous.  Both times, they correctly identified the bugs and sold the chemicals to kill them quickly.  They give patient instructions on how to disburse the chemicals and give support over the phone when you have questions.  I am sure a house visit by an exterminater would have cost a fortune, but this outfit let's you handle the problem by yourself much more cheaply and helps you as much as they can while you are doing it.  Don't be put off by the store front.  These people really know what they are doing.

I have been out of my home for the last 1-1/2 months due to surgery so I haven't been able to keep my home up, but Peerless helped get rid of the problem.

There were no issues or problems.

I had a contract with them since the early 1980's. I've even recommended them to others. My 2 chief complaints with them were that during each Christmas/New Year Season they never ever gave me so much as a calender. Last year I realized and requested one from the serviceman. They had none. No magnet, pen, etc. I thought that was pretty CHEAP... ESPECIALLY FOR A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER. 1 1/2 years ago I moved from a 3 bedroom house to a duplex. (1 floor with a total of 5 rooms and bath and full basement.) They continued to charge me the same rate. My last straw came in July-August of 2006. I owed a small balance on the previous months bill when the service man came for the monthly treatment. I realized I only had $20 cash. I told him I'll mail it. I think the total amount owed was about $35.00. A few days later, I received a copy of the bill with ''Pay balance in full'' written in large blue letters. I sent him (Mark) a check and a note to ''Cancel your services immediately''.

EXCELLENT THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE OVER SCHEDULED. THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T TRY TO SELL SERVICES THAT WEREN'T NEEDED UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE TREATMENT WAS EFFECTIVE!

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE THOROUGH, PLEASANT, EASY TO SCHEDULE, AND ARRIVE ON TIME. I HEARD MOUSE ACTIVITY RIGHT AFTER MY INITIAL VISIT AND THEY CAME BACK TO TREAT ADDITIONAL AREAS AT NO CHARGE. MY MOM HAS BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS VERY HAPPILY.
